Went here for a quick lunch and was not impressed. I typically love Steak Escape’s fries. Not today, these were small and over cooked. The sub was OK but the bread was not toasted which makes for a better grilled sub.

Interesting and GOOD food concept. They take your order at a computer station, then there are 3 more«stations» tracking what you’ve ordered as they assemble your dish down the assembly line. You pay when it’s done. You get your steak, chicken, turkey, or veggie innards cooked. Then you get the innards put into a sandwich, salad bowl, potato bowl or some other thing I haven’t mentioned. I got the great escape sandwich with no green peppers and only banana peppers added. In essence, it was a dressed up Philly cheese steak. This was one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve had! Good steak is the key! I highly recommend that you walk one more door down from Chipotle and try it out — extremely good.!!

The only place that didn’t have an hour wait before a hockey game. Still crowded, but the line moved, and there were places to sit. Service was good, efficiecent, cheerful. Good menu selection, and good food. Sweetie had a «filet,» I had the bourbon and bacon steak sandwich. Pretty much everything starts with Steak-um type steak, then you add different sauces and cheese. An assortment of veggies to add, then check out. Prices are reasonable for what you get.
