My friend and I had breakfast here last Saturday morning and this little diner is awesome. The biscuits and gravy and eggs were great. Next time I will ask for my bacon to be extra crispy because I would have liked it a little more done than it was served. Ladies that work there kept us entertained and our server was attentive and made sure we were happy. I highly recommend a meal at franks and we will be back.

I used to eat breakfast at Frank’s very regularly when I lived in Eastmoor; don’t get out to this area for breakfast much now but still miss my old greasy spoon. Service always with a smile, interesting mix of people there on weekends, and most importantly, perfect eggs. Their biscuits and gravy are soooo good, and for the health conscious, they do accommodate egg white omelettes, which are also very good. It’s not a big place, just a few tables besides the counter and a couple outside in the summer. If you’re looking for a very reasonably priced breakfast in the area skip Bob Evan’s/Tee Jayes and give Frank’s or Grill & Skillet a try. They do serve lunch too but I can’t imagine going there and not ordering breakfast.

Frank’s is the real thing. My son and I in search of a new experience took a chance and pulled into Franks at 2:30 pm, they close at 3:00.they serve breakfast all day. We both had a perfecttly prepared eggs toast and delicious meats at a more than fair price. The diner is spotless and the service superior.

I love Franks. Not the best food but a great neighborhood spot! Shirley is witty and works hard to make sure her customers are happy!

This place is nasty the food is gross and old, they cook the eggs to death the the poatos were old and uncooked the gravey had way to much pepper in it. dont waste your money here

This is a nice little restraurant just around the corner from James Road, on Broad St. It’s not going to be one that a lot of Unilocalers get to because of it’s hours. It’s only open until 3:00. I could have gotten a sandwich but instead chose to go with eggs and sausage. So I got three eggs, three pieces of very good sausage (link style) and two pieces of toast. That set me back a whopping $ 5 and the eggs were cooked perfectly.

Diner food, breakfast all day, served in a pleasing atmosphere that was recently given a very nice freshening. Regulars got together to raise some money to keep this Bexley institution rolling into the 21^st century. It’s worth a check out and I’m a fan for sure.

This is the kind of diner you could visit every day. (I do.) Behind a classic counter, a classic shortorder cook — Shirley — delivers love by the plateful with a side of sass. Eggs, pancakes, hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, soups. Great for breakfast or lunch.
Plenty of room at the counter. Tables are available for police officers and other fancy folks.
