According to Andrew moving and storage, moving the piano through stairs into our second floor living room is mission impossible, so they didn’t even try anything by saying «can’t do it» and just left the piano in our garage. We called another moving company for help today. Two movers moved the piano upstairs in less than 10 minutes. It was not impossible but the movers from Andrew were just trying to save themselves some energy. How unprofessional!!!
