Well, it took a while to get«help» here, close to an hour of waiting, standing around staring at the same phones over and over, but three hours later left with the phone my daughter wanted, added on to our Verizon account. The sales guy was helpful, but not as knowledgeable as he should have been, and had to keep checking with another employee for phone features, prices, and plan details.

Guy named Deivis was a great help to me. I came in with an issue on my Jetpack and the staff was assisting me in a fix when my iPhone suddenly died. Deivis jumped eighth to action and address the issue. I went from thinking I was dropping another $ 700 on a new device to fixed — with 60 seconds. Thanks y’all!

By far the worst Verizon I’ve ever been to. The greeter does not acknowledge you at all(I wish I knew her name she has short hair young tall and thin) and I’ve been here twice in two weeks. Just rude. Should have gone to Lexington. They actually care.

Stay away from here and go to the Forest Drive location or you will ultimately waste your time and lunch hour. People come and go and do not sign in upon arrival which adds to the mayhem here. Once you finally get waited on nothing can be done about your issue and it’s something you usually most complete on your own. But they will try to sell you an iPad after they cannot fix your problem. I really wanna buy something from a location that just wasted my time.

Wait… wait…wait. Terrible service! Just to pick up a mobile hotspot a 2 hour wait. All they do is try to sell products to people who finally leave without purchasing anything. They need better training!
