Very helpful, have all the answers. but I was a little shocked at how expensive a 6 gallon carboy is. Wow.

I’ve been there in the past and I haven’t had any problems, as a matter of fact I will be shopping there again in the next couple of weeks. The store has items that I can’t get here at home, I’m looking forward to shopping there again.

I don’t understand the negative comments about the service. I’ve been in the store 3 times in the last few months and the service couldn’t have been better. They have a great inventory with more than I could ever want. As people have mentioned Steve really knows beer-making, too. I will be a regular.

If Steve isn’t working leave. We went back three times after Levi left. The new staff was short and rude with us. The only reason it doesn’t get one star is Steve he is a great help and beer god.

I know almost nothing about brewing, but am wanting to gift a brewing kit for the holidays. After looking online, I decided to stop into Make Wine Make Beer and am so glad I did. The man working(the owner maybe?) was so helpful in showing me what is needed to get started brewing beer. The kit they have is a little less than similar kits I was looking at online. They offer many types of grains in bulk as well as everything it seems one would need to start brewing. I was told that we can call with any questions as needed during the brewing process. I’m looking forward to getting all the supplies from Make Wine Make Beer and am glad there is such a well-stocked shop in our area and that the prices are reasonable, allowing me to support local business.

The owners were competent in their knowledge of beer and wine making. I was able to decide on a selection of live yeasts to use in my making of hard cider. They were very helpful, and the place was very clean, and well stocked. Prices were very reasonable.

Place has really gone downhill since the new ownership. The owner was drinking wine and appeared to be drunk when ringing me up. Kept talking in circles. Will not Visit again.

Great place! Way Better then Jim’s in Spokane. Less expensive and better help and selection too. Thanks Levi for all your help

This place isn’t the same since they changed staff/ownership. The service isn’t as great, the guy working the counter was more interested in talking with his friends than seeing if I needed help.

When I wanted to start brewing beer six years ago Levi got me started with everything I needed for a price that was real hard to beat. I now go here for all my beer and winemaking needs. If you are a seasoned brewer or just want to get started this is the place to go.

Any rookies wanting to start the hobby of homebrew this is the place to start! Levi is a wonderful asset and is as friendly as they come. I came into the store for the first time today, asked what I ought to to to get my first batch of beer started and left with a level of confidence and ingredients to suit my needs-outstanding customer service! Dont go elsewhere & be treated poorly. life is too short.

Worth the drive from Spokane. They have bulk extracts and grains. They are more friendly than other home brew places in the area and they are cheaper. My brother and I made beer last weekend with supplies from here. Ah the smell. Next time I am in CDA I am coming here and getting the supplies for a stout.
