Sephora

Once again, I find myself shopping at the store instead of online. Not just because they finally figured out my four accounts and got me to customer service to fix it, but because Coco, Katarina and Sean all offer and upscale and friendly shopping experience worthy of this brand. No issues with my cart and shopping for my mother was never easier. I spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to fix something that Sean fixed in ~2 minutes at the register. A truly five star experience.

My daughter and I love Sephora, especially the goodies they have near checkout. I appreciate that they treat my daughter (a teenager) like any other customer.

Rachael was amazing! I usually shop at bareminerals, but they discontinued my favorite/​everyday tinted lotion. She took the time to go through every lotion she thought I’d like, we narrowed it down and I actually picked one (Plus she gave me a sample of my second favorite, just in case)! I’m very picky and have been using the same product for years, so this change was very difficult for me. But she made me super comfortable and made the transition effortless! She also helped me pick out a new brow pencil. Thank you SO much Rachael. I am now a sephora girl because of you, and will most definitely ask for you every visit :)

love this place this is one of the bigger locations. I always go strait to the sale rack. most Sephora have them on a endcap. from 1 buck to 15.00 but you will save a ton and just might find what you came in for. Oh and always ask and see if yhey have any pre made samples. Chances are they will throw you in a few for free :)

Very helpful employees! Tons of makeup and perfume. Although I couldn’t give 5 stars because they never have the clinique makeup I need. Always sold out of it so I go online to buy that.

I’m not a big Sephora shopper. I rather pick up my Bare Escentuals from the boutique around the corner or my skincare from my local spa. That being said, I’ve struggled with a problem my entire adult life of my mascara smudging on my brow bone. It looks fine when I leave the house, but hours later it looks like I’m wearing black eyeshadow in a poor way.
I’ve tried all kinds of mascaras through the years as well as other products to help keep this at bay. When I got there and asked for some assistance they suggested I use an eyelid primer, I’ve been using an eyelid primer for years and that doesn’t seem to help. They suggested I try a different one, so I bought it and took it home.
It didn’t work.
I brought it back for a full refund and was going to go on my merry black eyed way when the woman who was ringing me up asked what I didn’t like about the product and I explained my dilemma. She suggested a tubular mascara, explaining that it creates a little tube around your eyelashes. I bought it, took it home and…
It WORKED!
I was so happy I could have cried. I’ve been asking for assistance with this issue from everyone and anyone and the staff at Sephora was finally able to help me figure it out. That combined with their 100% guarantee made it easy. I only wish I didn’t have to wait so long in lines when I visit.

Love this store! All the makeup in the world! They have tons and tons of designers and their makeup lines. You can go in and try practically everything on in the store.
The people that work there are very nice and friendly, and are always willing to help you. If you are questioning a certain product they will help you apply it, and if it isn’t right they will try to help you find a new one.
Stop in for your everyday makeup needs! The only thing this store needs is to sign a contract with MAC so they can carry their products!
