I have been going to this store for years, it’s close by some of my relatives. I prefer this location because it’s organized and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. I found them to be humorous and knowledgeable about product. These other reviews are totally B.S. This store is better then every other Sally’s I’ve been to (and I’ve visited many all over). I’ll always go to this Sally’s instead of the Novi one close to me because novi sucks, so I wait till I go visit my relatives and buy things I need. On a side note they have the best lotion there called Tahitian Monoi Oil body lotion, and Coconut oil deep repair hair mask (I use it not only and a apply and rinse but I also use it as a leave in detanger). These are awesome products love love love them! I also get my hair color and nail care products from here. Always turns out as expected, thanks to the help of the lady’s at this location.

The staff that works here is incredibly rude. I have been here a handful of times and have never been impressed. They are not helpful and when they aren’t busy gossiping, they are nowhere to be found. I like Sally’s products, but if you are going to go to a Sally’s beauty supply store, I highly recommend you go to another location rather than this one.

Extremely rude/​near useless employees. My girlfriend and I went in for hair color and not only did we wait around to be helped, but the only help they could offer was walking past and giving very vague descriptions. After asking for more help from other employees I was ignored. I will not return to this store and also be telling everyone to avoid this place.

Absolute and complete garbage. I have had ok visits and then the same employee will treat me like garbage the next time. They act like they know nothing… are lazy and unprofessional. I lost my Sallys pro card and they once refused to look me up so I left and went to the much better Sallys on hall. This store said it wasn’t possible but somehow the hall location took care of me no problem. If I HAVE to I’ll go to this one because it’s next to my house. But to get what I need and the info I want I literally have to leave this one and travel all the way up hall to the good Sallys. Which only irritates me more. It’s ridiculous. If I could choose no stars, i would.
