Very poor service thru the drive-​in would not recommend — very bad attitude
Can not comment on the food — I left without getting my food

Just had a bad experience. Went through the drive thru n had to wait ten minutes for hot wings. I got home and the box is full of fries! They said they would give me double the amount of hot wings if I come back but I just want my money. I would prefer not to have to go there at all. I usually go to the Springfield location and that’s where I’ll go from now on. You can’t treat people this way and not know what you’re doing.

As much as I like the food, I don’t think I’ll go back to that KFC again!
Every time I go there, there’s always a problem. I had to repeat my order at LEAST 10 times to the cashier. It’s like she wasn’t even listening to me each time or she really just didn’t care. Then she would keep asking me questions that I had already answered.
It wasn’t even crowded and the wait was TERRIBLE. I felt bad for lady in front of me. After she ordered and paid, the same incompetent employee told her that they didn’t have any part of her order ready and she would have to wait at least 10 minutes.
I was given the wrong change. They never gave me the cups that came with the meals. Most of the people in the kitchen weren’t wearing gloves. It was so sad. And when I asked if I could just get my money back (after waiting about 15 minutes), the same employing yelled at me saying «noooo I’ll get your food!» in a very whiny tone. It was a terrible experience overall.

Thee worst KFC I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.
They simply just don’t care.
I have been here on multiple occasions and have never been in line less than 15 mins. Normally, I wouldn’t wait that long, fortunately for them, they continue to make money by trapping drivers in their drive-​thru lane, You cant get out once your in! Even if you are the only car there, you still wait on average 15 mins, no matter what you order.
I have been there around dinner time, and was told there was no chicken. I’ve been there a little later in the evening and told they were no longer making chicken. Hello? You are KFC right?
They consistently botch orders, you MUST check your order before you leave.
The food just isn’t as good as a most KFC’s and the taco bell side is always sloppy, like someone just threw the food in a wrapper and rolled it up. It is edible though.
You don’t get napkins or sauce unless you request it at the window and often you get an attitude for asking — like they don’t have time to throw those things in the bag, come on.
Just terrible.

It’s a real shame that this location has this many terrible reviews but they don’t go undeserved.
The employees always seem to forget something in your order. ALWAYS. If they aren’t forgetting something, they are making you wait 20 minutes to get the order together. Isn’t the drive-​thru suppose to be fast and convenient? Why am I waiting for 15+ minutes to MAYBE get everything I asked for?

Why do I keep coming back here?
Well, that’s easy. If I need a KFC fix, this is the closest one to me. So I’ve put up with their mistakes and horribly mismanaged store for a while.
But last week did me in forever. When you order a 10 piece bucket of grilled chicken, and you get home to find 8 pieces in it, that’s the last straw.
The people who work here should be embarrassed. The people who run this location should be more embarrassed. I’ve had more mistaken orders here than anywhere else.
Don’t trust this place. They’ve done nothing to earn any trust.

I went to this KFC because the one in broomall gets my order wrong constantly, sometimes they dont even know what their own food products are when you order them. This one wasnt much better, they got my order wrong, and when I got it the food was cold which never happened before at a kfc. Since I have only been there once in drive through I wont give it 1 star, I havent been to kfc since though, along with burger king (s) they give the worst service in this area.

They seem to have improved the staff there somewhat, still their food is pretty crappy. Its KFC after all.

This KFC/​Taco Bell combo is bad. The food isn’t as good as most KFC or Taco Bell places. The workers clearly don’t care about product quality and, after giving it 4 or 5 tries, I’m pretty sure they don’t care about customer satisfaction either.
They seem to always be out of something and God forbid I’d go and get tacos or a damn burrito, it takes them, on average, 3 times longer to make and bag up a shitty taco. Nothing more annoying than getting to the window and being asked to pull around and park when there is NO ONE else in the D-​Thru line behind me and they walk out with it, forget something, come back out…
They are clueless. You’re better off going to one of the 7 other fast food places within 500 feet
