You really can’t go wrong at Five Guys. Their service and quality is pretty consistent no matter which location you go to.

I wish I could give Five Guys more than 3 stars. However, I can’t ignore the fact that the prices are ridiculously high! Is the food good? Yes but I don’t order food from here because of the prices. When I do, it’s considered a treat.

Exactly what you would expect from a 5 guys. Food was fresh and tasted amazing. I actually really like the fact that they give out free nuts while waiting for your order. And this may sound weird, but the soda machine is pretty awesome!

It’s been a while since I stopped in for a burger but the last time, I was in the NYC venue. Anyway, I was hungry & don’t patronize the nearby ‘clown’ establishment. Five Guys burgers are solid. Tasty, moist & you choose your own toppings. I’ve never been disappointed by the burgers & fries here. The fries are also fresh made which is a big plus in my opinion. The ambiance is a let down though. It kind of looks like a DIY shop instead of a diner. I don’t mind the peanut situation but this is not the place for those with nut allergies. The look needs to be improved. Service is good, friendly and quick. Prices are not what you might expect but then the quality of food warrants that. This venue is on Baltimore Pike main drag which is not the most appealing to the eye, so I’d say get your burgers to go.

Ordered ahead by phone for pick up at the drive through only to find out that they have closed the drive through! Parking here is odd for this pad site in the Putt Putt lot. Food is what you would expect.

This place used to be good now it’s just ok. I think there was a change in management and employees. The food is still good but it seams they people who work there now aren’t putting much effort in their craft. Still a better option than the other burger joints around this way.

Wow! I had a craving for a good Ol’ fashioned cheeseburger so my fiancé and I went to Five Guys and as soon as we walked in the door we were warmly greeted by Hailey the cashier, and then we were immediately asked by Corey and Kianna(on the grill) if they could get us started(we were very impressed with the fast service). Corey and Kianna were friendly, fast, and the burgers and fries were absolutely delicious. I really enjoyed Kianna’s voice, that girl can sing! The energy in the place is positive! As we were leaving Pat(I assume he is a manager) said«Hello folks, how was everything» with a big smile on his face. Thank you Five Guys in Clifton Heights, PA and a GREATBIGTHANKS to Hailey, Corey, Kianna and Pat. Brenda n Jesse

The first time I came here was because my wife saw it on the way to Planet Fitness. She knew I really liked burgers and so we tried it. I like the peanut thing they have going on. If you are allergic to peanuts you will be dead within minutes of walking into this place, as they have free peanuts and there are shells everywhere. They tell you everyday where they got the potatos for their fries. This is cool. I also like that they make their own fries. Most places don’t do this, mainly because it is a pain in the ass, I am no chef, but I tried this once and I will happily never try it again. It is easier to buy good quality fries from McCain or what have you. These guys make good fries, so they have that part of their execution down. The burgers are also good, they make good burgers. They also put all of their accolades up on the walls, from other Five Guy’s establishments. They are a solid company, they make a solid burger. They clean their bathrooms often and clean up the dining area constantly. The only thing I didn’t like was that the actually eating area seems a little cold. It is not warm or inviting. The lighting, I think has something to do with this. All in all it’s a 4 every day as a total overall experience. I am always satisfied.

I come here a lot for the veggie sandwich with cheese pickles, lettuce grilled onions and you can add anything you want and has to come with the Cajun fries, the fries are made from fresh potatoes the moment you order it. I give it a 5 star because their taste is so consistent doesn’t change

They have awesome burgers and you can get anything you want on them. Two patties and with the toppings it makes for a big burger. Satisfies any hunger. Great fries. Staff is very nice and always smiles. Price is right too!

This was my first time at Five Guys and I will definitely be back! I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and was delightfully surprised that it contained two patties! I also ordered the fries. There are containers of vinegar that you can take over to your table as well as salt. These were the best fries next to Thrashers that I have had in Delaware. The burger was very juicy and had plenty of bacon and cheese. All other toppings are free, and you can choose as many as you want. While you wait for your order, you can snack on complimentary salted peanuts. I would choose Five Guys any time over Jakes. Everything was better.

I like this location because for takeout, they have a drive thru. I place the order, hop in my car and pull right to the window in the back. When you arrive they say Mike’s here and they drop your fries. I always get a small because they fill the cup and then another scoop is poured into the bag. This is more than enough fries for me and the wife. I also like who they number the sandwiches with little stickers with numbers on it matching up with the order that you ordered them. It makes for no fumbling through sandwiches searching for yours. The burgers are very tasty. Remember if you order a regular burger you get 2 patties that are always fresh never frozen. Other burger joints are popping up all around, and I keep saying after trying them, 5 Guys is better. Well played 5 guys… Well played.

Fast food so what can you expect. I have to admit though, for being fast food the quality is above normal. Fries are hit or miss. Service is fast if you order with the app. I think it is way overpriced though. Plus Is they are customized.

I’m actually surprised that I haven’t Unilocaled this place yet. Well, admittedly it is because I hadn’t actually been in here for a few years before recently when my wife had a pregnant woman craving for them. Hey if my wife and future vessel of life to my offspring says to go to Five Guys, who am I to talk her out of it? This is odd considering I live nearby. I suppose that I’m simply too busy going to as many other different places that I can so I can Unilocal more places. I do that now. And it makes me forget that there are good ol constant standbys that I love. I am a Five Guys guy. Always have been. I do believe that I’ve also been a little turned off by them lately because they’ve exploded and seem like they’re everywhere now, giving them more of a chain feel. But their food quality in my mind hasn’t changed. You don’t need me to tell you what to get, or how the menu is. It’s basic, and it’s easy. In the chain realm of burgers, it is Five Guys and everyone else in my world. Anytime I can start by munching on peanuts while waiting, then follow it up with a big juicy burger hot off the grill with an overloaded bag of fresh cut fries and malt vinegar, then you’ve pretty much achieved nirvana in my world. All this being said, I am and will always be a Charlie’s guy first and foremost. A legendary local joint always trumps chains. But there ain’t nothing wrong with getting a Five Guys burger.

When I want a heavy, messy, greasy burger and don’t care about how guilty I’ll feel afterwards, Five Guys is my place to go. Surprisingly, this is not an insult. But it’s not a compliment, either. The burgers and fries are good, and made fresh and to-order, and are ready in no time. There are peanuts to snack on while you wait. The patties are pretty big and filling, and the décor is comforting in that I don’t feel like I’m in a fast-food joint… even though it’s basically a glorified fast-food joint.

I like Five Guys. Went to this location after shopping and needed a drink and snack. Nice, helpful employees. Prompt service. Today just got a refreshing drink and fresh order of the fries. I love it that you can put malt vinegar on fries just like in England. The burgers and hotdogs are good too, since you can put as many free toppings as you desire. For a burger, I prefer Five Guys over the other guys.

Every once in a blue moon I get food from here while at work. Usually someone else picks it up, but we always have a good experience. Yesterday when we went to order I noticed the new«app» which makes it even easier to order for pick up. They also now offer a veggie sandwich on the menu(used to have to special order it) so that a big improvement. The service at this one seems to be prompt, they always have the sandwiches ready and grab the fries when you get there. Because I am a vegetarian I haven’t ever tried the burgers, but everyone I know likes them. Their fries saved me from a lot of bad hangovers in college so I will probably always like them.

I really love this burger joint since it is as close to fast food organic as you can get… I guess. Until something better comes along my family and I make this our go to when we want something fast. As the menu says, no fillers and preservatives and that’s very important to me. I try and feed the fam as much organic as possible. That’s why this place is more expensive. Besides, when we were desperate we went to another fast food burger joint and I was astounded at how expensive fast food is. Shouldn’t it be less than $ 20 for a family of 3? Don’t get me wrong. We go every few months. It’s not like a weekly thing so when we go it should be a treat. Just an FYI to all the haters of the employees, there is a pick-up window. However, I would have to say the food is erratic. I’ve had fantastic burgers and other times it has been lack luster. The spicy fries especially seem to be problematic.
