This has got to be the filthiest restaurant that I’ve been to. Food all over the carpets, wait staff sneezing in his hands, bartender handling fruit then money without hand washing and food spilled all over salad bar! They were plenty of edit staff just standing around. Totally turned off!

I used to frequent this branch often. But after staff changes the entire atmosphere has gone down hill. The staff at the door was very rude!

Great spot for a first date. Nice areas to talk and not be overburdened with others conversations. Food as good as it gets. Nice to have a location where you didn’t have to go into a mall to get to.

Not bad, I’ve been here multiple times, I like a few of their dishes and service has always been just fine. It’s casual with mostly booth seating, and the menu reminds you of an Applebee’s type of food. I’m not sure why they started to ration the ketchup, when you get a burger with fries, they give you a small metal container of ketchup, funny! The salad bar is a nice optional side when your not in the mood for starchy potatoes!

I was contacted by an employee named«Boop G» The person about 3 – 4 reviews below mine. They called me Angry, Cheap and Disrespectful. And then I looked and see that«Boop G» has also reviewed the restaurant. How ironic. Looks like Ruby Tuesdays has a person going on Unilocal harassing people, and writing fake reviews to try to up their star rating.

This Ruby Tuesdays branch always seems to be busy! The food is good, service is good and the bartenders are attentive n fun! Their salad bar has improved as well as the staff… New Management… Maybe! Idk. All I know is that the overall experience is much better now than it has been in the past.

I used to like this place a lot better after their remodel a couple of years ago. In my last few visits I have noticed a decline in the portions and quality of food as well as the upkeep of the dining room. The staff used to be more happy but now seem to be slightly down which brings down the entire atmosphere and makes me want to just eat and get out. I hope that someone in management sees this and injects some energy and excitement into the place. I may try the one at the Springfield Mall.

One of the worst places I have ever been to. Food was cold, salad bar was gross, and the service was unprofessional.

I’ve actually never had a bad experience here. Plus there is no crazy Delco wait! Good eats!

OK, I get it now. This place really isn’t one of the good branches of the Ruby Tuesday chain. So tonight, we came here because we had a gift card. Like I said previously, I generally do well with Ruby Tuesdays. The one I go to in Malvern near work has generally treated me well. I usually appreciate the salad bar. Some items on the menu can be pretty good, especially the appetizers and burgers. Like a lot of chains, if you go into the entrée world, it’s hit or miss. Before I go anywhere, let me state that none of this review is indicative of the level of service by our waiter, Brian. He was very good. I made it a point to name him because I know that everything else isn’t his fault. Now, on to the grievances. So, my first mistake was coming in here expecting to get something I wanted as a paying customer. Case in point… order the Chicken Trio, and ask them to substitute the rice pilaf for another side such as mashed cauliflower. You see, this particular item on the menu is stated that it is served with rice pilaf on the menu. If you get the salad bar with it, you do not get another choice of side. Apparently the three pieces of chicken must be served on a bed of rice pilaf. This is a rule. Don’t question it. It has been deemed so by the corporate suits who own the Ruby Tuesday empire! You see, in my naïve head, being the paying customer, it seems to me that you can just serve the chicken on the plate without the rice, and put some cauliflower on the side or in a separate dish. Well, my server was nice enough to ask the kitchen if they would do it at least. But he seemed mildly unsure if they would accommodate the request. I never managed a restaurant in my life. But I have to imagine some requests, if simple, should be honored. It’s not like I was asking them for a more expensive side. It’s not like I was asking them to change the flavoring radically. It’s not like I’m Meg Ryan ordering dinner in When Harry Met Sally here. I just wanted cauliflower instead of rice. The server came back out, and he told me the kitchen couldn’t do it. Apparently he told me they said it has to be served over a bed of rice pilaf. He asked if I wanted to order a completely different entrée instead. Well, since I really wanted the variety of chicken, and I just didn’t feel like making a scene, I took the rice. You see, perhaps I could have asked for a manager, but sometimes you just don’t want to fight the battle in the restaurant. Because in the end I have a simple credo. Always Unilocal about it later… that’s the best ammunition! So anyway, I imagine the conversation in the kitchen went like this… SERVER: Hey, a customer wants the Chicken Trio with cauliflower instead of rice. Can you do that for him? 20YEAROLDCOOKWHOISN’T TRAINEDWELL: W-w-w-w-w-whaaattt??? Ummmm, I don’t know how to do that. The menu says rice pilaf. I can’t ignore the menu. The menu says so. Can’t go against the menu. SERVER: So you’re going to send me back out there to tell the customer no, then? COOK: *head explodes from the pressure* I mean, if you’re Georges Perrier, and you have lived your whole life learning about food and you win major awards in France for doing so, then you get to tell me how you will serve your dish. Otherwise, give me my damn cauliflower and hush. So anyway, now that my rant is done… that Chicken Trio does indeed come on a bed of rice pilaf, a HUUGGGEEE bed of rice, with three pieces of chicken the size of two of my fingers each. You know, I really think they could have just moved the damn chicken over, saved the rice, and thrown some cauliflower on there. It’s not like real estate on the plate was at a premium. These weren’t large chicken pieces here. I know… I’m ranting. And there are far greater injustices in the world. But for some reason, this kind of soured me. Oh by the way, the dish I got wasn’t too bad in the end. But my wife’s dish… for 12 bucks she gets a scrawny cajun chicken breast, three overcooked shrimp on a wood skewer, and sliced tomatoes. The tomatoes were bigger than the other two items on the plate combined. The flavoring on her chicken tasted bitter. She couldn’t even get the shrimp off of the skewer, it was stuck on there since it was so overcooked. Literally, she tried to pull the shrimp off and the stick broke from the pressure. The tomatoes were the only good thing on her dish. Bottom line… one dish failed out of two. I just have to say this to the Ruby’s kitchen… if you had just given me the cauliflower like I asked, I’d have kept this place at three stars and not updated my review. But you compelled me to mock you after this experience tonight. This failure is on the kitchen staff. They just didn’t know what they were doing tonight. Next time I get a gift card for Ruby’s, I’ll just drive to Malvern to use it.

My 2 sons ages 17&20 decide they want to grab a bite and we were hopeful that we could watch the Flyers game. My son decides Ruby Tuesdays for the sliders. Even tho this Ruby’s is 5 minutes away we just have never been fans. 1st strike No Flyers game… but is that really Ruby’s fault. you know how Comcast monopolizes their teams, I guess they have Direct TV… oh well… So we are greeted by our waiter William, right away I knew he was gonna be GREAT, he offered the $ 5 special cocktails suggested his fav and we were on our way. We each got the Triple Prime Burgers they came with 2 sides, we all chose mac & cheese and fries. Mine had the applewood smoked bacon and I must say all tho the burgers were a tad bit pricey they were delicious and quite large, the mac & cheese was very yummy & filling too. The boys got dessert a Choc cake creation which they both loved. But the highlight was William I was shocked when he said he had only been there 3 days. He had just moved from MD and came from the Waffle House …(no clue what a waffle house is LOL), William was fantasic, he owned it! He was fast, efficient & fun and I cant wait to go down again for some of those $ 5.00 cocktails and a much more relaxing time with my hubby. Of course I’ll be askng for William…

This restaurant is consistently the worst in our area. Each year or so we try it again because it is SO convenient to our home but it is just awful. The food is overcooked or brought out incorrectly, the servers are lax and absentee for the most part. the most recent trip we took(this past Saturday) they told us they only had 1 highchair in the restaurant(we needed 2) even though they were less than half full… they brought my daughters food last(supposed to be with the app), my food wrong, and my husbands was overcooked. They told us we were lucky to get the«last teaspoon in the restaurant» really, just awful. At this point, I blame myself if I go back but stay away. Ruby Tuesday at the mall is fine! I forgot the best part– there was an exposed outlet at our booth RIGHTNEXT to our 2 year old right above the seat. Really, it’s just sub par in every way.

Good food, the prices are reasonable. But the eating utensils were really disgusting, and sorry looking. It’s a good thing ordered finger foods
