This is one of the nicer mexican places but the problem with this perticular one is that it is in the hospital and also one of the busiest hospitals in Cleveland. It is terribly understaffed to handle peak our traffic and they loose a lot of business because of that. The staff is so young that they sometimes are talking and doing what they are suppose to do. There is no seating so you will see a large group of people waiting in the line. I like their food but the wait is so long I would rather go and eat somewhere else.

The food was pretty good, but the service was less than desirable. The last thing people that are visiting loved ones in the hospital need is a rude cashier at the food court to deal with. Not that she was outrageously rude, more like a «I hate my life and therefore hate you» type of attitude. She also had a bit of trouble articulating herself which was a little annoying and confusing. I enjoyed the food and everything came with chips which was a bonus. Everything was freshly grilled and the chicken was of good quality(not the rubbery kind you sometimes get at fast food places). Compared to other choices in the food court, the price was exceptionally low(the case would not be the same if it was free standing somewhere else). Only thing to watch out for is the tomatoes. They don’t list them on the menu for all the burritos, yet they all seem to come with them. I thought they were tasty, but my brother who despises them was not too happy.
