Don’t come here. Even if the wind is so strong it blows you into this store, fight it, get into a vehicle, and floor it to the chipotle in Coventry. This place always skimps out on food. Ask for an extra scoop and they pick one singular topping and urge you to move on. Just forget about the guac. You pay $ 2 but they’ll only give you 50 cents worth. Ask for more and they’ll charge you extra. If you request a tortilla on the side they’ll probably forget to put it on your bag as they did for my friend.

Without a doubt the worst one I have been to. The Avocado was frozen, they ran out of cheese, and it took 15 minutes and I was the only one on the line. Staff seems to be hanging out in the back and no manager on duty. I also saw the cook overlooking the chicken and not caring cause he’s cracking jokes with the girl who can’t seem to figure out how to replace the beans. Whoever owns this should fire their manager or hire one to keep these kids in line.

Amazingly slow and inefficient. They ran out of cooked chicken. So then halted the entire line – including people who were not ordering chicken. The management here should be fired twice.

With as many health concerns as chipotle has had recently, you would think stores would make an extra effort in service, the conclusion after visiting this store– definitely not! The food: Cold, they were out of regular salsa, small portions The service: The worst. Of the 4 employees«working» the line, 2 stepped out from the counter to chat with a friend and eat Chinese food from the neighboring restaurant, and did nothing except walk back to ring people out, 1 fiddled with the thermometer without using it, and one work diligently, albeit overwhelmed. I don’t believe in writing negative reviews just for the sake of it, but I sincerely hopes this finds its way into someone’s hands that has the ability to make a positive change at this branch– trust me, there’s no where to go but up. Conclusion: go to Qdoba down the street.

I always go to different branches of chipotle restaurant. But this branch was the worst one of that i went. First i entered the restaurant the ambiance was really nice i like it. However the staff was really rude. I wanted to add brown rice into my bowl but it was sold out. And i wanted to wait new cooked rice. He checked with other guys and told me it would be ready in couple minutes. I said ok i can wait. After new cooked rice was comed i continued to add other things. I also wanted to add cooked peppers it was also sold out. And i askes again to him how long does it take to prepare new ones and he looked the pan and there were no peppers in the pan. I said ok again. But the staff was going to put less than normal porsion of foods that i wanted. Then i wanted to add some corn and there was no corn. What a suprise! I love chipotle and i have never faced such kind of situation at other braches. I think there is a problem especially at this branch. If you have time i prefer to go other branches.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Nicest design of any chipotle I’ve been in but worst staff. Absolutely putrid staff and every single one of them needs to be drug tested and fired immediately. Never received worse service in any restaurant establishment.

This is easily the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The food is fine but for some reason no one at this location likes to work at more than a snails pace. Half of them stand around and joke with one another as the line continues to grow. Avoid this place unless you enjoy wasting your life away waiting in line.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The employees are ridiculously slow. Once they were out of chicken, tortillas, and guac. Sometimes I just give up and leave.

We like chipotle, but try to avoid this location. They are extremely unorganized. The fajita veggies are not available most of the time and when they are available, they are undercooked. And finally the service is very SLOW.

Echoing many of the same complaints from other Unilocalers. This location definitely does not live up to to the expectations of other locations. I came on a Sunday afternoon and there seemed to be lots of people behind the counter. Problem was that they were short on a lot of the meat options so I felt obliged to order what they had readily available. The line person got my order wrong and the cashier wrung me up for something I didn’t order. She made it seem like I got my order wrong. They did not offer to remake my order. I think I would know my own order.

Longest chipotle line of all time. It’s chipotle so you have to say it’s decent though.

This Chipotle has a few things to work on. The food was fine, aside from some temperature differences in some of the toppings that should’ve been the same temperature. The line at this location is always long, but it’s not because of the people making your very large burrito. They are actually very efficient, so efficient that they were asking me what salsa I wanted and I could barely see them because I was still further back in line. It was the guy at the end of the line. I am not exaggerationg when I say I waited 10 minutes after my bowl was finished before I paid for my meal. I’ve worked in restaurants before so I know it requires a lot of juggling between various tasks. But c’mon, saying hey to your bro who is visiting you at work is not part of your work duties. The guy was friendly enough, but clearly disorganized and the sole reason for the line being slow. I appreciate that Chipotle gives you a decent size cup for water. Portions as always are huge. But they missed the mark for«fast casual» restaurant today.

We walked over to Chipotle for a weekday work lunch. There was a line but it didn’t seem overly busy for lunchtime. This was my first time at this location. All the Chipotles I’ve been to have been consistent, until this trip. So I get a bowl. Carnitas isn’t crossed off so I’ll get that. They are out. Ok so barbacoa– out. Ok chicken with fajita mix. Have to wait for fajita to be made. Guac? Sure in 30 minutes… Yikes. We pay for our bowls of available items and walk to the drink station. I’m really hungry. There are around 10 people standing around like zombies. No forks? You got to be shitting me. This might get ugly. 5 – 6 minutes later a worker comes out with a box of forks to quell the growing crowd. It tasted like Chipotle. What an unnecessarily painful experience.

In general, I think Chipotle is pretty good for what it is. But this specific Chipotle leaves a great deal to be desired. Classes have let out and the lines are still quite long(about 20 minutes at 8PM). It doesn’t seem to be down to the number of people alone, but the speed at which people are served. Overall, I would recommend going to another Chipotle if you can, or checking out one of the other restaurants in the area.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve been to. They are regularly out of ingredients. I stopped in at 11:15(they open at 11) and they were out of cheese. Already? Obviously poor planning in management. Also, customer service and portions are very unpredictable. Workers seem annoyed that you are there. I work across the street so I’ve experienced all of this numerous times. Disappointed and has caused me to loose my craving for chipotle. Not worth it.

Chipotle is pretty standardized through the country, at least the ones I have been to. This particular one was amazing when they first opened, giving students another option to eat at within walking distance. Of course the food quality is good, just like at other locations. However, this particular place is very, very crowded at most times of the day. So if you are hungry, good luck with that line. In general, the staff is nice; there are a few negligent employees, but also some really nice and funny ones. My recommendation is to download the app for your phone and order online around 30 min in advance and pickup at the front of the line. Saves a bunch of time and you can even do it while still in class! And always remember, Guac is extra!

Easily the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The service is, as others have discussed, ridiculously slow. Despite the terrible service, people still come for their fix, so the line is always super long. Additionally, this Chipotle has gotten both group orders I have placed with them wrong, and they were not apologetic at all. The workers are completely disinterested in the customers, and they always seem to be out of ingredients, regardless of time of day. I just broke my boycott of this place the other day because I had a cupon, but it still wasn’t worth it. If you need food and are in the area, you’re much better off at Wrapz or Potbelly’s. Even Panera or Jimmy John’s is better than this joke. It might be an extra dollar or so, but I don’t want to frequent a place that has a consistently demonstrated apathy about service quality.

While I do agree that the service here is slow and they are understaffed for how popular the location is, I still had an overall satisfactory experience. They did not run out of any ingredients and were not stingy with the servings(except the lettuce). I also thought that the flavors were up to par with the many other locations I’ve been to. Yes, if you’re in a rush and you see a long line, I do not recommend you stop by. Other than that, I have no complaints.

16 customers waiting in line before me. 2 workers. This Chipotle is always busy, it’s on a college campus. I come here every Thursday after yoga and it’s the same thing. It’s understaff. They need to hire more line workers, it’s not like they aren’t making money. Least the food is yummy.
