My friend and I shared a room with two queen beds while in town for a friend’s wedding. The front desk staff was very pleasant and efficient both for check-in and check-out. The room was well-cleaned and very comfortable. The lighting options felt either lacking or the actual lighting remained really low. The key consistently failed to work. Overall, though, both my guest and I were very happy with the room and bathroom. Breakfast offered a waffle maker, packaged pastries, cereal, bagels with cream cheese and/or peanut butter, coffee, and juice. Parking was plentiful. I have no major complaints about this hotel and felt that we had a comfortable stay for what we paid for. It is probably one of the better hotels in this area.

The décor in the hotel is a bit outdated, but I have to say that the cleaning staff did a really amazing job. While many comparable hotels fail to provide enough towels, or neglect to replenish soap, this hotel was different. We had a good supply of all the necessities in our room each day. Also, our room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast, on the other hand, was not great. They say that a hot breakfast is included. I guess you could consider a toasted bagel to be a hot breakfast, but I expected more. Also, the breakfast room is small and was crowded and noisy. Overall, I was very comfortable staying in this hotel, and will stay there again, the next time I’m in town.

Brown water and bugs I checked in June 27. First thing I found was cobwebs and spiders on the ceiling. That night my daughter took a shower the water still didn’t drain the next morning. I tried using the toliet, to find it filled with brown water. This is from a place that serves food! I emailed the general manager, he has yet to respond to any of my emails I have contacted the health department of Pennsylvania. They should not be able to use their facility with that brown water. The staff made it seem it’s a common occurrence when the hotel is full.

I was not pleased with this hotel at all. It is yet another failed hotel that belongs to the Wyndham group. I will stick with Sheratons from now on. The Ramada Inns I have been to have not met my expectations. Breakfast was not edible even though it was free. Will not stay at any Ramada again. Save yourself the trouble.

1. Key did not work. went down to replace and that key did not work. went back down and someone came back up and had to reprogram the door lock. 2. Hallway reeked of cigerette smoke. ask desk clerk(on the first visit down) if this was a non-smoking room. He said yes. Walked into bathroom and found a «used» ashtray. 3. Bathrooms are small. had to straddle toilet to close the door. While the toilet was clean-looking, the back of the door was nasty! 4. TV remote didnt work. thought it was the batteries so went down to front counter and got new ones — still did not work. TV stations did not match list in informational booklet. 5. Bed was comfortable — this is the only reason I rated this hotel a 1!

First thing I noticed when I entered the hotel was the strong smell of perfume to cover up something. The service was not so good. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean.

I love a great bargain, this isn’t one! In town for a family graduation party. Half of the family stayed here, the other half at the hampton inn two doors down. For just $ 15 more you get a clean, comfortable room. I have never stayed at ramada, and will not again. Really, look else where.

The hotel is pretty filthy. They try to cover it up with this hideous, inept cleaner(cleaning solution), which smells like a case of stale scent trees. The fitness center consists of a tread-mill and an elliptical in a very small room. There is also a swimming pool, which I didn’t get to see. In between the stains all over the carpets, and just plain dirt on everything from the elevator doors to the shower stalls, you feel like you’re basking in a world of perfumed shit.

It has comfortable beds. The hotel is clean. The piano playing in the lobby seemed a bit much with no wedding event. No staircase access from the lobby, so a bit odd when only 1 elevator is working this was fixed by Monday Morning at 7AM. The pool was nice, did not get in though. Fitness Center well leaves room for expectations. It is an old hotel room cleaned out with a treadmill, bike, and stair climber. The gym equipment was filthy and there was no cleaning supplies. Also the AC was not on in the room and air was a bit stale, I turned it on when I arrived but this only helped so much. No television in the room. On the TV information services screen it advised the pool opened at 6AM, upon arriving at the pool it did not open till 7am. The breakfast was good however both baked goods(bear claw) and cereal(Cocoa Puffs) were stale tasting. The Eggs and waffle were satisfying. TV worked just fine in the room as did the HVAC unit.
