Buffalo Wild Wings

Improved. Service and food was good. Food took a while but server and manager both explained why, two large parties. I love BWW food and keep hoping our Claremore restaurant will live up to the rest of the chain.

AWFUL. ordered 16 wings, they brought me the cheapest BS nuggets I’ve ever seen. Avoid at all costs. Over priced and garbage food.

Typical Friday night in Claremore, everywhere we went to eat was full and we ended up here at Buffalo Wild Wings. Place is pretty stark, no atmosphere at all for a chain that calls themselves a sports bar.
Only two tables and a couple at the bar when we came in. New menus with the typical higher prices. Service was good and management was attentive but my first drink was flat and nasty. Andra had a Reds so she was fine.
Food was good but nothing special. Andra had a black bean burger and slaw, as a vegetarian she can’t eat the fries, beef tallow. I had small order of wings with Asian Zing. Hers was tasty, mine the sauce was ok, not much of a zing and the wings were a bit tuff. At the prices both should be much better, a terrible value.
I know never to expect a lot here but now they have priced themselves out of the market, Chilis here I come…

To start off; the food was not bad. It was just as good as any other bww. The only reason I gave one star is because the food. Service; horrific. Our server either was having a bad day or had something against us. We were passing through on our way to OkC and wanted to watch the World Cup final game. I started off with a beer which took 5 – 7 minutes to get. Then the rest of my party arrived and they ordered their drinks. Mountain Dew took 8 mins at least and she said «I’ll be back with the blue moon, she’s still working on it». The server returns a couple minutes later with no beer, and said she could take our order while the beer «was getting made». We ordered pretzels as appetizers, wings, and chicken tenders. While waiting on our appetizer, I ordered another beer which took another 10 minutes to get. About 30 minutes after ordering our food, our wings come out along with the chicken tenders. Mind you, I reminded the server and asked her specifically to check on the pretzels. She finally brought out our pretzels after the wings and tenders. They forgot the carrots and celery and extra boats for the wings. Like I said before, the food all tasted good but the service from OUR SERVER was terrible. The tables next us arrived after, ordered after, yet their appetizer and drinks were brought out minutes before ours. I just don’t understand why the service was so slow. There was one whole side empty and when I asked for my pretzels, she said «I’m sorry I’ll check on them, we’re just really busy…»
Anyhow, the bill was $ 45 and she’s lucky she received a $ 5 tip. Absolutely worst experience I’ve had at a bww!

I, like a lot of Claremore residents, was so happy to see that we have a BWW. I tried it out right after it opened though and was very disappointed in the food and service. It took forever to get our food, mistakes on our order, no refills on drinks, shift manager walking around drinking iced tea and flirting with girls, etc. I saw a lot of neg comments on Facebook so I knew it wasn’t an isolated incident. But I noticed that BWW higher ups seemed to be listening. They responded to comments on Facebook and I’ve gone back and service and food were so much better! All this to say that if you tried BWW in Claremore after it first opened and had a bad experience, they seemed to have worked out the kinks.
