I would give this place zero stars. I purchase a groupon and I called on February 16, 2016 to book an appointment for myself and my friends. We get there at 12:30 and we walk in and inform the owner we had an appointment at 1:00. She had this look of confusion. She goes on says she doesn’t have us down for an appointment at 1:00. I go on and tell her the conversation I had with her setting the appointment. I wanted an 11:00 appointment and she said she didn’t have it and said she has 1:00 available and if there was any cancellation that she would call me the day before to inform me. Never got the call. She still stated that she didn’t have my information. My friends and I let her know that it is upsetting and demanded a refund and she said to get it through groupon. The odd thing is she calls me 15 mins later. So obviously she had my number. She tries to tell me that I made the appointment for Thursday, and I told her I didn’t. If someone who didn’t have my information you sure did call me. Then she tells me you want to be angry be angry and then she hung up on me. Will NEVER go to this place and encourage others not to go this place.

How does this place have 4.5 stars ??? Trash ass unprofessional business. If their massages are anything like the character the employees presented, I’m glad i passed. Go anywhere else. ANYWHERE! AVOID AT ALL COST !!! DO NOT REFER!!!

Had the worst experience today. If possible I would have given 0 stars. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. A group of us purchased the Groupon deal which stated to call to schedule an appointment prior to redeeming. We called and the owner stated that she does not accept the Groupon deal and told us that she has been fighting with Groupon to remove the deal. She later agreed to accept the Groupon voucher and made us appointments at 1pm today. We had requested earlier but she stated she would call us if she had any cancellations, she also asked us to print out our Groupon deal. We arrived 30 min early to our appointment today. Owner looked puzzled when we tried to check in for our appointments. Said she had no recollection of the phone call, didn’t have our info and didn’t have us down for 1pm. We showed her the call history that had her business number and the length of the phone call. Owner still denied having any interaction with us. She stated that it was our own fault because we were supposed to receive a confirmation phone call and since we didnt receive one we shouldn’t have shown up. We were all very upset. Owner pointed at me and started laughing, very rude. She refused to accommodate us even though it was her own fault as she clearly stated that she is the only person who schedules appointments. We left her establishment and 5 minutes later she magically found our number (even though she stated many times that she didn’t recollect the phone call and didn’t have our info) and called to tell us that we had scheduled the appointment for Thursday, we explained that none of us were available during the week at 1pm so it definitely was not us. Owner hung up on us.
I recommend that you do not buy the Groupon deal and I also recommend that you go somewhere else for your massage.
We contacted Groupon and recommended that they sever ties with this business as it is clear that the owner does not want to honor the Groupon deal.

The reason I am giving this place 4 stars instead of 5 is because I went with my brother and his experience was much different than mine. We had purchased groupons and managed to get an appointment for 2 that same day! The rooms were pretty nice, they had a nice vibe to them and had large mattresses with a good amount of cushion (see picture).
The Thai massage I was given was really nice! She used a good amount of massage oils and solid amounts of pressure. We even went over 5 minutes so she could finish her set! My brother’s masseuse used no oils and low pressure (even though he asked for more). He complained to me that the massage he received wasn’t that great. We compared, and half the things I got, he didn’t.
Nevertheless I’d say it’s worth giving a try. Just be sure to speak up about what you want. You’re paying for a Thai massage, not some basic curtain tossed over your body one, so make sure you get that. Happy resting & don’t forget to use a groupon :)

This is a cute little place with parking available right out front. The décor is beautiful and both of the workers were very nice and accommodating. My boyfriend and I made an appointment for an East-​West combination massage. This was our first time getting this type of massage and I would have to agree with other Unilocalers that it’s not your typical «slow and relaxing» massage therapy.
Our experiences were slightly different so I’ll just speak to mine. My masseuse stepped on my back part of the time but my boyfriend’s masseuse did not. I was asked how much pressure I wanted and if I had any particular areas of pain. By stepping on my back she was able to apply more pressure to problem areas and she did a great job in trying to get my knots out and, I swear, she used every party of her body to do this — feet, knees, hands, elbows, etc. They also crack your back which scared me at first but it actually felt really good.
Overall, I would recommend this place and I wouldn’t mind going back.

If you workout and you need a massage that will be really beneficial to your muscles, try the traditional Thai massage here. I had Daisy work on me and did a great job. Also sometimes I may seem a little painful, but it’s a positive kind of pain. I highly recommend it especially if you like to get deep tissue massages. In terms of the place, it was clean, had a very nice Thai/​Asian ambiance, and it was very welcoming. I’m definitely coming back.

Best massage I’ve ever had! My husband bought me a groupon for a 60 min massage. I’ve had a Thai massage once before, and REALLY didn’t like it (left more sore than when I went in!), so I was pessimistic about this one. I did have to wait nearly 30 min after my appt time before they took me back– the only reason for not having 5 stars. Then the guy had a little trouble processing my Groupon. All of this made me run late for another reservation right after. That aside, I will definitely go back; just allowing myself a lot of extra time :)

My parents and I went in to get the Thai massage. I had come in before but this experience was a little different. There wasn’t any stretching and it didn’t feel loose afterwards either. Even two days later I’m feeling soreness (not in a good way).
My parents did not enjoy it. They are older but felt like they were getting «beat up». They had never had anyone walk on them before.
If you’ve read the previous reviews this is definitely NOT a relaxing massage but if you have pain or want more pressure done then this is the spot. Good luck!

I have been to many masseurs, but this was my first time having the traditional Thai massage where the masseuse walks on your back. It was fantastic.
A few things to know:
1. This is not the «relaxing» massage where you want to fall asleep while they are doing it. This is much more comparable to a very high quality sports/​physical therapy massage.
2. It will hurt during the massage. If it gets painful, say something and the masseuse will adjust. However, afterwards you will feel looser than you have ever felt in your life.
3. They take walk-​ins and are very accommodating, but if you want to bring a date call in advance and see if you can get the room that has two massage beds.
All-​in-​all, a fantastic massage in a beautiful facility. Five stars all the way.

I came to this place because of the good reviews and groupon. The place overall was relaxing and quiet. To give you the illusion of calm and peace. I would give this place 5 stars but the front desk lady seemed pushy and upset I was late. I called saying I was going to be late and she said it was ok and have me the next time slot so I took it. Then when I got there she stated I was late and complaining. The massage was great! My masseur was awesome. I would totally go back to her but I just didn’t like my front desk service. Even tipping the masseur the front lady was upset that I didn’t tip her enough and told me I could use the card. Uhhh wow nosey aren’t we. I want to go back to the masseur but I probably won’t.
