This place was great! Went late one evening & was pleasantly surprised. It was a great atmosphere, quite, nice music. I got the 60 minute reflexology & the guy really did great. Pressure was exactly what I asked for, my head and face was given attention while my feet soaked & felt amazing. No complaints!

Walked in with the worst neck pain I have ever experienced in my life, and walked out actually being able to turn. I had never done acupuncture before but it was NYE and I was leaving on a trip, and I needed to do something fast. I’m amazed by how fast it worked and how much better I felt almost instantly. I’ll be trying this again very soon.

You tell GM them what area to massage and they played the part that they know no English… You pay for one hour and the cheat you with at least 10 minutes. Not worth it

I really liked this place because It is close to my home and open late. I could come there and get a nice foot massage however often times when i’m there I don’t feel like I’m getting the FULL attention. The workers are supposed to make this a relaxing place but how can I be relaxed if I have to hear the workers whispering to each other while they are working on me? It’s annoying but I said no big deal it’s only $ 25 for an hour. So I kept coming back. They kept encouraging me to come back and get an hour massage and claiming that it would be more private. Today I went and got an hour massage. My One hour massage was interrupted three times with the masseuse leaving the room in the middle of my massage, that was very annoying and extremely unprofessional and rude. I could hear him right outside the door talking and pleasing other customers when I had already paid for my service and should have his full attention. I especially think it was rude since I am a regular customer there. The masseuse kept coming back in and saying sorry however sorry doesn’t cut it when I came there to be relaxed and instead got annoyed. He was kind enough to give me five dollars off but really five dollars is really nothing off. I’m very upset and refused to ever go back there again. When I get a one hour massage I expect to be relaxed and never interrupted the entire one hour time since I’m paying for the hour. In the future I will stick with Burke Williams who has the level of professionalism that I want and need I will just have to come up with the cash. Note to self you get what you pay for!!!

My little sister made reservations a few days prior for a ½ hour foot massage for herself & ½ hour upper body massage for me. When we arrived we were told to «sit» by the male staff, who could definitely benefit from customer service training. We were then moved to the back massage room. The male staff begins working on my sister & I’m told, «wait 5 minutes.» My massage began 17 minutes later than scheduled & only lasted 23 minutes(yeah I looked at the time). My masseuse seemed to be over booked & was more concerned about the next client she had waiting. The male staff was still working on my sister. She asked him why my massage was cut short & he didn’t have an answer. He then told her that she had requested the hour massage. We both clarified to him that he was mistaken & he visibly became upset that he was still working on my sister passed the ½ hour. Although it was their mistake, he called his boss on speaker phone so she could talk to my sister. The manager agreed to only charge us for the ½ hour foot massage. We hand over the payment for both massages, although mine was not a full ½ hour massage. We were not satisfied with the service so decide not to provide an optional tip. Immediately, upon realizes a tip was not included, the male staff begins yelling & demanding a tip. He escalated to the point that the other staff came out from their appointments to see what was going on. I offered an explanation, although I was not required to do so, & requested for this staff member to stop yelling at me. This staff became more irate & called his boss again, almost preventing us from leaving the establishment. Long story short, poor customer service, yell at their customers, & demand a tip regardless of your dissatisfaction. He told me not to come back. I wasn’t planning on it. In all my years, I’ve never been treated so poorly by a service provider.

Did this place through my insurance so I googled it and saw all the great ratings so I figured it’s worth my $ 15 copay. I made my appointment for that same day which was great since I have upper back pain from sitting at a desk most of the day. I gave them some back ground info and she started the treatment. Today is the morning after and I am sore but in a good way I slept so good last night. Do some research to see if this is a good fit for your needs. This by far is the best treatment I have received. No massage or machine has given me this relief.

I have had acupuncture a number of times in the past, and when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, I knew I wanted acupuncture again. I found Emily(Yi Zhou) at the Acupuncture Health Center in Claremont and have to share what an incredible practitioner she is. She is the most astute acupuncturist I have ever been to, with an incredible breadth of knowledge about Chinese and western medicine. She treats holistically and thoroughly, and not just the symptoms. And on top of all of that, she is a truly compassionate practitioner. If you are looking for someone who will listen to you, who can bring you relief, and who help your body regain its ability to heal itself, she is for you.

I have spent three days on my back in severe pain from lower back spasms. I haven’t been able to sit for more than 10 minutes without excruciating pain. Muscle relaxers just doped me up and only relieved the pain for a couple of hours. I had gotten relief from acupuncture a few years ago after a sports accident, so I went online and found Claremont Acupuncture Center. After reading the reviews, I decided to give them a call. I was able to come in on a Sunday and they even changed my appointment for me because I tried to go to emergency earlier in the morning and got stuck there(with no relief for my pain). The acupuncturist was wonderful. Professional, straightforward and she really listened to what I was telling her(something I don’t get from my western doctor). She spent an hour and a half with me and provided acupuncture with electrical stimulation for both my back problem and another issue I’ve been having. After the treatment, I felt 80% better, had stopped spasming, and could move relatively easily for the first time in days. She charged me $ 50 which was extremely reasonable. I feel extremely grateful and will be back again.

One night I was suffering from a very stiff neck while out to dinner in the village. The friend I was with said I should try acupuncture. I said yea, I’ll look around. So we were walking out of a store and BOOM, across the street-big sign that said acupuncture! We went in so I could get some information. I met Emily, who I instantly trusted and felt comfortable with. She had time to do a treatment on me. 45 minutes, 2 needles… just 2!!! I felt amazingly better right away. I thought it would be a good idea to get a massage the following week. My friends and I went and really enjoyed our treatments. Kevin and Annie are great. …we’ve all been return customers since!

I didn’t believe in acupuncture before I met Emily, she has treated me for neck pain, allergy, acne and irregular periods. She is the most knowledgeable acupuncturist, very good at what she does. The masseuse is amazing, the best full body massage I have ever had. The ambiance of this place is relaxing and healing, staffs are friendly and helpful, price is reasonable, I highly recommend it

I’ve been coming here for full body massage for the past year. The ambiance is not luxurious but the masseuse is skillful and considerate and the staff is generally very friendly. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great massage.

Emily is the most knowledgeable acupuncturist I’ve been to. I had a pain in my left butt cheek for 2 years. Jogging, stretching, physical therapy and drugs couldn’t fix it. A few treatments and massages later at Claremont Acupuncture Health Center and I’m back in business. Got a foot massage, too. That was relaxing, healing and helpful. I highly recommend.

I went if for an acupuncture treatment. This was the first time I had this done and was not sure what to expect. They were very comforting and made the experience wonderful. I went in for back pain that I could not get better through a my primary doctor. Today I woke up feeling much better. I can now pick up my leg and sit down. The pain is very minimal now and I hope with another treatment I will be completely held. This is truly worth it.

Excellent service. Went here for acupuncture and it was great. After bad service from other places, I came here because of the high reviews and I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor is wonderful. I can trust her in providing me excellent acupuncture service while also feeling comfortable to talk with. Not arrogant like others. Highly recommended. I will be going again soon.

Some facts you guys should know: Annie IS very attentive and devoted to her customers, definitely go for her if you want a relaxing massage at a very affordable price. However, DON’T come here for Acupuncture+massage, because the owner is a very cunning woman, she will charge you for both the acupuncture session and massage, but WITHOUT providing you the massage time you’ve paid for. I’ve been here several times, and was convinced to do both the acupuncture and massage, which sounds very ideal for my occasional shoulder pain and lower back discomfort. But as it turned out, the owner would only massage for 15 – 20 min, and she would put me on acupuncture therapy for the rest of the 1 hr session I ordered. At the end, she charged me $ 45 for a supposed 1 hr full body massage and $ 50 of the acupuncture, a total of $ 95, in which I only received about a ¼ of what I paid for. P. S, the owner(the acupuncturist) isn’t good at what she’s doing, I got 2 really big bruises from acupuncture which really isn’t supposed to be as a result. So that’s just my 2 cents for those of you who are thinking about going to this place.

Awesome, Awesome experience. By far one of the top 3 massages I’ve ever had(and I’ve tried a few). My masseuse was amazing, I believe her name was Annie, she was so attentive. I really felt like I was in the hands of someone who was committed to making this experience enjoyable. Great deal too for reflexology $ 15⁄30 min and $ 25/1hr. I highly recommend this place!

Came here after my failed attempt at Lavender Spa (sigh) flipped a bitch(a*k*a a «U-ey») on Foothill and made my way without an appointment to this place. OMG why did I not know these places are opened daily until 10:00pm that SOROCKS! Sunny and Mark took care of me I had my foot reflexed by Mark and Sunny gave me a body massage it was AH-MAZZZING! well really it was just fine but after my deflating experience at the before mentioned place(see above) anything would be bells and whistles hahahahaha So okay they have private rooms… not corners or areas ROOMS! Score! gentle music that plays throughout(did cut off at one time) you just need to ask them to press play again LMAO(you should hear me giggling as I type this) it was affordable probably within the standards of these services. It was cold in the room but as soon as I mentioned it to the masseuse(who had to have someone come in and translate yea… I know) they turned on a heating blanket. Also she only worked on my back, neck and shoulders because I asked for 30 minute of body and 60 of Foot(my knees have been bothering me lately) Anyhoo this place is located in Claremont Village on 1st street next to the Metrolink station and I could hear murmor of voices outside from other offices but I tried to concentrate on the music so BESURE they continue to press play or you’ll be listening to the Coldwell Banker people next door. I’m not sure if I will return because these are like quick fix if I can’t get into a massage place and I have my eye set on one in Upland so my days of prowling last minute places to relax are probably over =/THANK THELORD! (angels singing) Hallelujah!!! I have found a reflexology place in the IE which means I no longer have to drive to Diamond Bar to get my knots worked on! I’m very, very picky about my spas and services but these types of places are unique and I’m glad this one is not in a mall. First, if you’ve never been to a foot reflexology spa before, this is not your traditional«spa». These kinda places are popping up all over the San Gabriel Valley and they are the equivalent to a nail salon but for massage. They are inexpensive but get the job done and a great place to indulge on a budget. Don’t walk in expecting white robes and a sauna. This ain’t no Burke-Williams. First, they are not in Suite 230– they are located between Curves and the Coldwell Banker office. I was greeted by a very sweet lady, probably the owner, who immediately offered me some hot tea. There are 6 Lay-Z-Boy type chairs in a row, in a dimly lit section of the small facility. This is the typical set-up for places like these. My therapist spoke very little English but then again, when I’m trying to relax, that’s a good thing. The warm herbal foot bath was relaxing, and though the water looked like tea, there was no evidence of the pungent herbal medicines usually used.(Yay!) She started on my head and scalp massage which was heavenly. The foot massage was one of the best I’ve ever had– she is a strong woman, despite her petite height, and there was a couple of times she hit tender spots but it was a «good hurt». I can’t tell you about the experience on the right foot because I had fallen asleep by then. Since I was scheduled for the 1 hr foot massage and 1 hr back massage, I was next led into a private treatment room where I was instructed to take off all my clothes. I have never undressed for places like this before but thank goodness I shaved and am not that modest. I climbed onto the massage table but the a/c vent was going full blast above me and I was freezing. When the therapist returned, she did turn on a heat lamp and soon, I felt like a chicken nugget all warm and toasty on a fast food counter. The owner did turn the a/c off for me. The back massage was just what I needed and more than I expected. She did my back and legs but I never flipped over– which I didn’t expect to. All in all, I am extremely happy and will definitely be returning on a regular basis. The other post has the prices and it is correct. I was able to get a 2-hr appointment same day. So here’s the break-down: Pros: — Inexpensive — Convenient location — Very clean and there’s no funky«Asian spa» smell — Employees try and keep atmosphere serene, unlike other places where they’re watching TV in the unused chairs and talking on the phone — Professional — My therapist had a strong touch, which I like, and never once made me squirm when she worked my ticklish spots. That’s my test of a good therapist. — Same day appointments, possibility for walk-ins. Cons:(not really, but it’s the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5) — She used this rose oil on my scalp and I smelled like a grandma for the rest of the day. — She used some unconventional techniques during the back massage– It didn’t bother me at all since it was not creepy– and it felt good. — The private rooms were very bland– no music, no candles, etc but I didn’t mind. Anyway, it’s not that kind of spa. — The a/c was cold and they may want to consider heating their tables but they were quick to accommodate me and turn off the a/c and turn on the heat lamp(which I kept wondering would fall over and burn me) — After my massage, she left the room so I could change but she left the door open a few inches. Luckily, there was no one else outside but still… This place is worth a try. I’m bringing my husband back next time. For $ 60 and a $ 12 tip, where else can I get a 2 hr massage! They have only been open 2 months.

My mom and I just got back from this place today… fabulous! 25 dollars for an hour massage, you really just CAN’T complain! They were very nice and professional, great customer service!!! The massage was VERY good and not a «weak» massage. The music was relaxing, and they give you tea after as well. The only complaint I have is you can hear a little bit of background noise when getting a massage but honestly it wasn’t that bad. My mom and I will be back again and soon, I also plan on getting my boy friend an hour massage for fathers day! Here are some of the prices: ½ hour foot reflexology– $ 15 1 hour foot– $ 25 ½ foot reflexology plus ½ body acupressure massage– $ 35 1 hour body acupressure massage– $ 45 1 hour foot reflexology plus 1 hour body acupressure massge– $ 60 Also after you go there 10 times you get the 11th free and you can use it as a gift card for someone else whih is pretty cool!!! I LOVE this place and highly recommend it for trhe price and quality of the massage. I would also like to mention this place is VERY clean and relaxing.
