She takes her time answering questions and bends over backwards to make sure that you’re well taken care of. Sign up for the monthly VIP and you receive an incredible facial/​peel in the hands of Teri, the AMAZING and wonderful esthetician. After every treatment my skin glows and it continues to look better with each and every facial. Julie the injectionist is lovely. she takes her time with you and really knows what she’s doing. I feel confident being in her capable hands. Yvonne the office manager is the one that you first meet with for a consultation if you’re considering plastic surgery procedures. She too knows her stuff and is sweet and personable. Dr. Chan is the kindest doctor ever! He never pushes anything on you and he’s honest, extremely talented and has won many accolades over the years. I like his down to earth demeanor and you can tell by his fabulous staff that he’s an incredible person to work for. I’m sure I’ve probably overlooked a few of his staff that I haven’t had the opportunity of knowing, but I have a feeling they’re all top notch just like the others. This is the place to come if you’re looking for a team of people who really care about your well being and only want the best for you.

I was pretty nervous before my procedure and Dr. Chan and his staff were so nice and caring and really helped with my anxiety. Dr. Chan did a great job and I will be seeing him again:-)

After my last review this business reached out to me and wow. I must say that I am always impressed when businesses take the time out to try and improve their service. Reviance was great — they wanted to address each item I wrote about verbally and even brought me back in to try the IPL procedure again. They were super sweet all the way through explaining everything to me and making certain I was comfortable. They even called to follow up the next day.
