So, I finally had enough of my back pain and called and ordered a bed from here! They did state that there would be a «breaking in» period, but so far I love it! My back pain is NOT present when I wake up. So nice! Very happy with the purchase. The delivery people were on time, friendly and patient. At first I was sort of freaked out how short the box spring was, but realized the mattress made up for the height. All was great! Thanks to Vincent for his assistance at the store, and the overall quality and customer service of this place. After much research and time I realized that this really was the best overall choice for me! Too much bad press/​complaints out there about Sleep Number beds. Do your research and decide for yourselves… don’t just buy the first thing you see that looks good… research about what you are buying often pays off.

I came here knowing I wanted a reasonably priced, yet quality, mattress for my apartment after moving out of the dorms. The staff here was very friendly and let me spend alone time deciding on a bed, but they were easily available if I had questions. I ended up getting the Tillamook mattress with the box spring for $ 400, plus a delivery charge, and I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this mattress store. The delivery team was respectful and quick about delivering the mattress. They even used shoe covers so as not to track dirt into my apartment. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and after a year of use it has not lost its shape. It works well for me, as I like softer beds, as well as for my boyfriend, who likes firmer beds. This is a very versatile mattress.

I had recently found myself in need of a mattress, without a ton of money to spend, but also having reached that golden age where I have fully accepted that you get what you pay for. A quick search on the Interwebs led me to Parklane Mattress’ website where I just couldn’t believe that the mattresses could possibly be any good at such low prices. So I put on my Skeptical Consumer Hat and headed on in to the SE 82nd Ave store. Hot damn! I got a super awesome mattress (the one I liked best of all the ones I’d tried out at several different stores) and at HALF THE PRICE of comparable name brand mattresses at bigger stores. I’m rereading my review and I do recognize that I sound like a mattress store TV commercial but I swear, it’s all completely true! :)
