I purchased a bed from Sleep Train 3 weeks ago and I’m extremely happy. The staff was knowledgeable and really cared for my needs. The salesperson Eric walk me through all the different types of beds, frames and really had extensive knowledge of each product they sell. I wish buying a car was just as easy.

Great place to get a mattress. Rusty helped us and was very knowledgeable about the different options but did not push us to choose any particular bed. We spent quite a bit of time trying beds and finally chose the best one for our daughter. The price was fair and Rusty was not impatient as we deliberated between our final two. We will be back soon as we need a bed for ourselves. Thanks, Rusty!

My husband I have been on the hunt for a good mattress and frame, price matching in stores & online, reading reviews, etc. I heard the Sleep Train promotions over the radio and my husband I finally made it in to their Clackamas location today. We could not have been happier with the personal, friendly, and attentive service we received from Eric Harmon at Sleep Train. He listened to our needs, what we were looking for, our comfort levels, and that I am a person that wants a great deal! He blew us out of the water with his first offer, and I can’t even stop there, there were more perks to come! All in all, we got a frame, queen hybrid bed, box spring, 2 amazing pillows, and the sheet protector set in a nice little bundle. For the price we paid, it was less than the queen size mattress we had been considering at Mattress World. We feel so good about our decision of going in to Sleep Train today and finally have everything all picked out paid for, and the best part, it will be delivered and set up for free by this Tuesday, ¹⁰⁄₁₃! We have a 100 day warranty if anything ends up not working out to our comfort level, and then of course our manufacturer’s warranties. We are extremely satisfied with our purchases due to the wonderful and attentive service we were provided with today at Sleep Train, and the excellent deal we received, that I have already recommended one of my older sister’s and one of my best friend’s to check them out for any of their mattress/​pillow needs.

I had a good experience here. I went to their competition first and was not impressed with the sales persons lack of understanding when I just want to look and do not need them following me around the store to get that sale. Very nice sales staff and happy with the price too.

What a great experience. My husband and I bought a mattress here about two months ago and have not been happy with our selection. We went in today to exchange it and Rusty could not have made things easier. He helped us pick out a firmer mattress and quickly went through the super-​easy return process. We will have our new bed in our house tomorrow and they will take away the other one at no charge. First class service at this store.

I really enjoyed my trip into this store. Rusty made my first mattress buying experience easy and comfortable. He did a great job breaking down each mattress for me in great detail without being pushy and that led me to the one I purchased. He was very laid back and paitent with me. Bonus is the free delivery and they take my old bed. Rusty and Eric made the atmosphere very enjoyable! I would highly recommend this location.

Got a great deal. Sales person (Russell) gave me a great deal and understood the nuance of I had a budget limit but didn’t necessarily want to go all the way to the top of that budget. Randy found me a clearance (last years’ show case model comparable to this years’ model and saved me 150. Delivery was free and the delivery was perfect. The price was unbelievably affordable and was everything that was told to me by the Russell.

All in all, I am very happy with my experience with Mattress Discounters. The salesperson (Rusty) was informative, not pushy, and helped us find a very comfortable mattress that fit our budget. I appreciated his humor, the speediness at which we were helped us through the process, and that he did not try to stretch our price point. The Unilocal deal was awesome and the quality is unbeatable for the price. The free delivery was also awesome!
The only reason I remove a star is because our mattress took a few extra days to get to us since it had been backordered (which we didn’t know about). Delivery was two days later than anticipated, which wouldn’t have been a big deal if we had known beforehand, but we sold our bed and had to sleep in our living room! Only recommendation would be better communication about delivery.

We just bought a Sealy Posturepedic bed and WOW, what a deal they gave us! No other store could even get close… Jeff (filling in from another location) was great to let me try different beds. And he worked up a deal we couldn’t not beat. A few days later, made up our minds to purchase and closed the deal with Nathan. Super professional employees… and super nice to work with. Really gave us the personal touch. Will recomment them to all my friends… the bed is heavenly! My first night in it I slept for 12 hours! Now I can’t wait to go to bed every night.
