I used to come here often but stopped for some unknown reason. but today I stopped by for lunch and not only did kfc forget the biscuit I ordered and was craving. they also decided my food would be better if it came with feathers. hard to tell in the picture. but those protrusions are in fact feathers.

I had to eat here due to an unfortunate chain of events. I walk in & note that this entire restaurant could use a good scrubbing & steam cleaning. The food was inexpensive & palatable. There was no ketchup available. There was no employee available to ask for it, they were all making the food orders. There were no straws for drinks. I tried the iced tea dispenser, it made a weird noise & plopped out some dark goo, and then almost clear water. Yuck. I dumped it out & got Pepsi, I don’t like soda tho. I will never ever be back here. Total of 3 empls here at lunch time. Could hardly wait to leave…

It’s 2 pm on a Sunday afternoon. No customers but every table is dirty! Floors are dirty. I can hear the kids on back laughing it up. Not coming back to this location!

They always run out of food! My husband and I just left this location. We got there at 8:20 pm(they close at 10) for a 12 piece meal. Half grilled chicken and half regular. The woman at the drive thru let us know that they only have 1 piece of each kind of chicken available. My husband asked her how long it would be before they had more and she told us not tonight because they’ve already shut down the fryers and it will take them at least 25 minutes before the fryers are up and running. She said if we really wanted chicken we could wait for them to turn everything back on, otherwise we could have ordered burgers. My husband asked her why they didn’t just turn them back on when they saw they were running out of chicken and she didn’t know what to say. So we left. The only reason we sometimes try this location first is because it’s near our home. I don’t know why we even bother.

This location is awful, got ignored at the drive thru then was spoken to so nasty by the«shift supervisor», when I asked the managers name she gave me a fake one. She totally screwed up our order because she was so busy with her attitude, slammed the drive thru window in my face. This was a total waste of $ 50, the food tasted like it sat there all day, they need a visit from the health department! I went in the next day and spoke with the store manager and she could of cared less(shift supervisor was there when I went in with a little smirk on her face). Went in at lunch time. parking lot was empty. shocking!

Only wanted a buscuit, and they cannot seem to even make them palatable anymore. Overpriced for blah. Do yourself a favor and just go to Winco/Raley’s and get yourself a great pence of chicken.

It’s not bad for the price and the employees are nice. The chicken could be better KFC.

Tried to order in the drive thru two separate orders so that my friend didn’t have to buy my dinner. The clerk refused to accomindate us because it is against some ill advised policy. There were no other cars in the drive thru and she actually suggested that we pull up, pay for the order and then drive around again for the second order. After bickering with her for a few minutes every time we ordered chicken she told us that it would be at least 5 mintues. KFC can’t find a way to make chicken quickly? We decided to go to Jack In The Box were they clerk had no problem figuring out how to put us on separate tabs.

for some reason, I thought I would give them a try since I have not been to a kfc in years. Using the drive-up ordered orginal 15 minute wait? Order strips. Get to the window 8 minute wait. this was at dinner time. I drove off. I guess it will be at least another 5+ years before I try KFC again.

Went here today for lunch. The customer service was aweful. Other than us there was one other person in there. The tables were all dirty and there was stuff on the floors. We were there 40 minutes and never saw a single person come wipe down the table, get the dirty trays, nothing. I went back up to order two more pieces of chicken for my son. We waited for 10 minutes and the food never arrived. By that time my 5 year old was starting to act up and I had his father go to the car with him. I waited inside for a few more minutes for the food. I walked up to the front to see why we had not gotten our food already. The woman who helped me walked away and another person asked if they could help me. I told her how we had ordered food and it hadn’t arrived yet. She asked what I had ordered so I told her, all the food was premade so she grabbed a box and put the chicken inside. If you want to go to a dirty place with bad customer service, go here! For now on I will frequent another kfc location.

UPDATE ! I got a phone call from one of the Asst. Managers(Melissa) who noticed my follow up review. She took the time to discuss my visit, and asked important and thorough questions to see what they could do to prevent this from happening again. She then offered me a 6 pc strips MEAL at no cost, for my inconvenience. I went in to talk to her today, and get my food. She is very serious about improving all aspects of her store, and I have to give her mad props. I found her to be professional, enthusiastic, and very helpful. I will go back to this location in the future, now that I am aware of her(and other managers) sincere desire to get things right the first time, and if not, making sure that she takes care of problems as soon as possible. This is one customer who will give them another chance to excel ! Thanks Melissa !!!

Where to start with this one. Let’s begin by the fact they only have 3 awards on their wall. The newest one from 2003. That should be a sign of how your visit is going to go. Now you don’t go to KFC for fine dining, but to get your grub on in some greasy chicken. And with that they do a fine job. But with the sides this company has decided no one cares I guess. Um excuse me but I do. Let’s start with the mac and cheese. They used to be so good with tons of cheese sauce. Now they seem to be serving yesterday’s left overs with barely enough sauce on it cover the naked noodle. And for the employees here is a hint. The black stuff in it it called burned food, and should not be served. It’s not extra flavors okay. Next the mashed potatoes and gravy. The potatoes have always been about as flavorful as the instant potatoes they serve at the senior living center, but the gravy has always been the saving grace. Usually full of beef flavor that when you mix it in with the potatoes you can forgive the fact they are worse then hometowns(trust me that’s saying a lot). But not this trip. What little they put on them was old reheated bland. Way to fail at being mediocre. The biscuits usually a great staple and they were good this time but needed honey. How do you not order honey packets? Last time you guys had no sodas now no honey. Just admit you gave up. The staff was okay but here is a tip. When going through the lobby say hello to your customers ask them how their day is going. Just walking through and mean mugging your soon excustomers is not acceptable. Well I hear they have a popeyes close by now time for a change.

I was called a liar over $ 3 cheese curds… Today, I went through the drive thru and ordered an A3 with onion rings, an A5 with fries and a side order of cheese curds which came to about $ 15. After paying, I was told by the server neither the curds, nor the onion rings I ordered were ready since they make them fresh. The server asked me to pull into the parking lot and they would bring out my order in a few mins. After waiting about 7 mins, a different server brought out my order. As he was handing it to me, he said«This is BOTH of your meals AND the cheese curds.» I didnt think much of this statement it at the time, but soon all became clear. The server didn’t wait for me to check the bag, he instead hurried back into the resturant. Again I didn’t think much of it. As I was checking the bag, I noticed, there were no cheese curds. The A3 and A5 were there, as well as the fries and onion rings, but no cheese curds, which was the actual reason I came in the first place. I got out and went inside the resturant to find out about my curds. BIGMISTAKE. The server who was at the drive thru window originally was at the counter when I came in. As I started to ask about my curds, I was interrupted mid-sentence by the employee who had brought the bag out to me, he shouted from the back, «THEYWEREINTHEBAGWHEN I HANDEDTHEMTOHER!»((odd reaction since I had barely been able to explain to the server in front of me what the issues was)).The server I was speaking to then said to me: «Well we make them fresh so we know we put them in the bag and since two employees are saying we gave them to you we cannot give you more for free.» It was at this point I was sure I had stepped into the twilight zone. I responded, «You’re kidding right? You charged me for cheese curds and now you wont give them to me?» The server, «M’am, we know we put them in your bag, are you sure someone else in your car didn’t take them out?» Me, «Pretty sure since there is no one else in my car.» Server takes bag from me and starts digging through searching for the lost curds. Server in the back repeated«THEYWEREINTHEREWHEN I HANDEDHERTHEBAG.» After a few mins of this I told them to KEEPTHECURDSANDTHERESTOFTHEFOOD and give me my money back. After rolling her eyes at me and about 15 more minutes wasted, the server reversed the transaction and my ATM card credited. KFC/A&W: Please train your staff to recognize the difference between being scammed and a customer who you already asked to pull off and wait,((defeating the purpose of drive thru)) only to be given half of what was ordered, and then be called a liar when said customer immediately brings this problem to your staffs attention.

I purchased a 10 piece bucket with sides for $ 20… I was completely disappointed and called the shift manager the next day. One piece of breast, four thighs and 5 drum sticks. Also the original recipe was greasy as all get out. I was told it was suppose to be all dark meat, but the sign doesn’t say that. I should have ordered two six bucket specials for more chicken and less money, but the drive up person didn’t offer or mention that either. Oh… that is suppose to be only dark meat as well, but it is not on the sign. Apparently different locations put breasts in and others don’t.

I’ve come to the conclusion that the quality of KFCS everywhere have dropped dramatically. The food isn’t what it used to be anymore. At this particular location, we had gone after my brother-in-law’s nephew’s school performance. By the soda machine, it was extremely slippery and there were not signs to be found warning anyone of impending danger. We warned my friend who had two kids and who herself was pregnant to be careful. The cashier overheard our conversation and yelled out«I was going to put up a sign, but then you guys walked in». She sounded utterly annoyed even though we didn’t ask her to do anything. We were just simply warning people that could be seriously hurt. She didn’t even out up the sign after that.

Went through the drive through. Service was speedy and the employee altered my order to a combo to save me money.($ 0.20 is still saving money right?) I got home only to realize that my Famous Bowl was lacking. It was half empty! Sure I saved $ 0.20, but I was still over charged by half a meal! I saved $ 0.20, but I am still hungry! What’s for dessert?

Ordered Hot Wings after I walked into Wingstop and realized they were not open for business. Ordered original and honey bbq. They were good just like I remember. I still prefer wingstop over the Hotwing though.

My mom and I went here last night, and it was mostly not a good experience. When we ordered, the teenage girl at the counter was nice, helpful, and friendly. We ordered TWO four-piece meals. Drove all the way home and discovered that they had given us two two-piece meals instead of four-piece! And they were two drumsticks instead of drumstick/thing that we had ordered. Took it back, and the girl at the counter was just flippantly apologetic like it wasn’t a big deal. She didn’t offer to comp us anything at all! We weren’t expecting them to refund the amount, but they should of at least given us a free dessert or something like that for the inconvenience they caused us. So they«corrected» our order, we drove back home, and discovered that this time they had given us each the drumstick/breast combo instead of the drumstick/thigh combos we had ordered. We also noticed that the teenage boy employee working in the background kept making mistakes — noticed that he was being corrected a lot by the other employees. He was probably the one that messed up our meal twice.
