I use to always stop over once a week for their lunch special which is a good portion of food and an egg roll for less than 6 bucks. Really good food and deal for your money

First Wok is the kind of strip mall Chinese place you expect to find. They’re busy filling orders for the rag tag of Americanized Chinese food everyone seems to enjoy. The one redeeming quality about this place is that their portion sizes for dinner are always large. I typically make two meals of one order. I’ve been here several times and while I’d say they’re mediocre, they’re consistently so which makes them more reliable than other Chinese take out places in this part of town. If you like your Chinese to be the usual stuff you see like Kung Pao chicken, sweet & sour chicken or general tso’s then this place might be worth a look on occasion.

Second visit, for the buffet: NWTB, but cheap. It is, after all, across from a high school. I’ll keep looking at the alternatives.

I’ve only sampled a few dishes here. Most of the time I’m chowing down on their simple buffet for lunch since it is so close to my work. $ 4.25 for buffet isn’t bad. Sure there is China Garden just down the road, which has more variety but they are also more expensive. There is usually 2 – 3 main dishes in addition to crab rangoon, egg rolls, soup. Nothing here to write home about, but for the money it is hard to find fault. The one dish I do recommend is their tofu family style, which for $ 5.95 with white rice or $ 6.45 with fried rice is quite a deal.
