Ive visited here multiple times on my beast modes at lunch time. I really enjoy this specific location why you ask? Seems to be a really busy spot but something that impresses me is that the drive thru is handled well in time. The employees are excellent they actually listen to your needs and are friendly and respectful. Ive never gotten any attitude or mix ups of any type here or has my orders ever been taken wrong. The food itself always is hot and hopefully but i doubt is always fresh… cant expect too much out of a fast food joint. But this wendys… They rockin my 5 stars. Great team

This store can’t ever seem to get it together. It can be months or weeks between visits and they always manage to screw up orders and it’s always multiple orders when I’m there, not just mine. Pretty pathetic.

The franchisee should fire the entire management team. I was here for over an hour today, trying to get my order correct. Dave Thomas must be turning over in his grave. I will never come here again. I would prefer to eat a rhinoceros ass than com back to this so called establishment.

Why do you put bacon in your salad ? Vegetarian & vegans don’t eat this stuff. Tried calling the store and they have el centro store listed on Unilocal

This place is very inconsistent. Sometimes good, more often not so good. They frequently get my order wrong, forget to add a condiment I ask for, and sometimes the food is not hot. They are always super quick in the drive thru but I think that works against them as they make too many mistakes. Service is also hit or miss, just depends on who takes your order.

I read all the other reviews, so decided to write my own because I’m puzzled. Many of the reviews are negative; I stopped here in a pinch because I was starving and on my way 200 miles north and was pretty much desperate to stop anywhere. The service was not only amazing, but my sandwich looked picture perfect – almost like someone reached into a TV set and grabbed it out of a Wendy’s commercial. Excellent presentation, tasted great, no issue with service. I guess it’s just luck of the draw and depends who is working at any given time. The only reason I’ve given it four stars is because my sandwich dribbled grease, like a running faucet, all over my shirt and pants and I had to throw them away. Not good at all, and I can’t believe someone wrapped up a sandwich that way; however, everything otherwise was just fine. No complaints, just compliments. Delicious. I’d have no issue with stopping there again.

I went to grab a bite with my mother after a day of shopping. We stopped in and we were greeted by Kimberly(Kim) She is without a doubt the nicest, go out of her way person I have ever met at a fast food restaurant. I have called and told her manager what I am writing here. I recommend she get a pay raise. I will be back with my family solely because of they way she treated me. Thank You

The food here is hit or miss for the most part… mostly MISS. I often experience cold food so I find myself ordering chili and a baked potato to avoid this. In cases where I am craving a great batch of fries, I will say at the time of ordering«Can I please have a fresh batch of fries this time»…it generally drives the point home.

I noticed a lot of negative reviews, but everytime I come here i have a great experience. I absolutely love all the new choices Wendy’s is coming out with. Their berry almond chicken salad is so good and fresh. Their new flatbreads look good too, though i have yet to try them. As always, I enjoy the different sides you can choose from to pick healthier options and can’t go wrong finishing up your meal with a frosty. I even noticed that they have frosty waffle cones which look delicious. My kids even mention that they enjoy the chicken nuggets a lot more than McDonald’s. They taste better to me too. The toys are a lot more engaging for them too which I like. It allows them to think and create. Also the service has always been great for me too. I was in the other day and everyone at the front counter was so welcoming and full of energy. Food was served hot and fast. I think its a great place to go for the occasional fast food meal. I prefer it here over the others.

I’m not a fan of fast food(as a matter of fact… I can’t stand fast food) but after seeing the commercials of Wendy’s new Chicken Almond Berry Salad, I had to try this salad out for myself and see what all the hype is about. The salad didn’t disappoint. As a matter of fact, it was extremely delicious, and though it looked nothing like the picture that advertises it, it still had a very appleasing look to it. Everything about this salad was fresh and if I was to rate this restaurant on salad alone, I would probably give it 5 stars… but that ain’t gonna happen. One of the problems this place has is the service… or lack of it. It’s not that bad, but then again, it ain’t that good either. And for that, I’m only giving Wendy’s only 3 Stars.

If I can give this place a negative star, I would. This Wendy’s has the worst customer service ever! I ordered my food in the drive through. It wasn’t a large order nor was it super busy in the drive through. After paying for my meal, the lady asks me to park out front and wait for my food. I waited nearly 5 minutes before walking into Wendy’s and asking for my food! Which totally defeats the purpose of a drive through, UGH. The lady obviously looked very distraught and apologized. She said she totally forgot about my order and threw in some free fries. WTF? I told her that if Dave, founder of Wendy’s, was still alive he would be very disappointed. –I tried to give this place another chance, but every time i’ve come here the customer service seems to just get worse. The only reason I come back is because it’s the only fast food burger joint around that isnt McDonalds.

My husband and I are huge fans of the super delicious BACONATOR, and we usually go here if we want to fulfill our craving. I didn’t have high expectations here, because it’s Wendy’s and it’s usually good! — but, WOW, I was impressed by the good customer service and care that went with preparing our food at this particular Wendy’s. My husband and I don’t mind asking for refills, because the servers were friendly :)

Oh junior bacon cheeseburger, how you have changed :-(You’re like 6/10ths what you use to be. Chili, you haven’t changed your flavor, but you too seem smaller.

This is a bit tricky to find if you aren’t familiar with the area. When I have a frosty fix this is my place. Mix it with the fries and you have the perfect blend of salty and sweet food. They also have a pretty decent bacon burger called the bacon-ator. The salads are also pretty decent. If you’re looking for a cheap place to eat they have a good selection of sandwiches and my favorite, the baked potato for about a buck!

Dear Wendy’s, Thanks for providing fast and accurate drive-through service(the only way to eat with a sleeping baby in the car). Thanks for your delicious natural fries with sea salt. Thanks for your unbeatable chicken nuggets — although they’ve gone up to $ 1.19 since you introduced the spicy ones, I’m still a fan —- wait, WHAT?! Now they’re $ 1.49!!! That’s pushing it. And WHY don’t you have a self-serve soda fountain inside?! How very un-American, Wendy’s. We fat Americans need at least a half gallon of soda with every meal. OK, all jokes aside, it is pretty annoying to ask for a refill. Lucky for you, I’ll be back, since the hubs is obsessed with the Frosty, H

Our family went there because we hadn’t been to a Wendy’s in ages. The service was horrible. The cashier overcharged me for my combo by punching in each individual item. When asked about it, the cashier and the manager said that I was wrong and that I paid for what I ordered(even though they overcharged me by 70 cents) according to their menu. One of us had ordered a side caesar salad that was definitely old. The hamburger was extremely salty and the fries were soggy. The location is great, but next time we want fast food, we’ll drive the extra half mile down the road to the Carl’s or the In n out burger. On our way out, we noticed that the car wash next door hangs their dirty wet towels and clothes on the parking lot fence to dry which adds to my impression that no one there really cares.

This Wendy’s is a little hidden. It’s in the same center as Target and Lowes, next to the Chevron station facing Eastlake Parkway. I know that it’s a Wendy’s, which is not fine dining, but for some reason this location feels«ghetto», even though it is fairly new. The food is standard Wendy’s, but one time I was in there with my friend, and the teenage boys working there were so creepy! They were staring at us and whispering. It wasn’t just me that noticed it. We ended up taking our orders to go instead of dining in, and ate them in the car. Also, the 5 piece nuggets are $ 1.19 instead of 99 cents at this location. bummmmer.
