Now I remember why I haven’t been to an Arby’s for so long, particularly this location. I wasn’t a fan of their bourbon steak burger. Had too much brown sugar, and the bread got soggy from the bourbon sauce. I felt the burger was sloppy. I also had their grilled chicken market pecan salad sandwich, which was okay. It was over dressed. As for their Gordon Bleu, it’s tasty and exceptional — just a bit too much of the relish mayo, which can be removed easily. I’ve had their hash potato cakes(they’re good), they’re jalapeño poppers needed to be cooked a little more. This place is mainly dead. The concession stand like drinks, napkins, etc. was disorganized. I can tell they closed off the trash area, and you’ll have to locate your trash bins to the nearest exit of the store. Had to ask the cashier for some straws and napkins since they weren’t available to the customers. As for the customer service, the employees rushed you. One lady told me if I can’t decide, she’ll flip a coin. I think she was trying to be friendly, but she came across rude. I asked for her recommendations, but she gave me an attitude. You can see the workers in the back. They’re bored to death too. They’re standing around in their little cubicle.

Got Arby’s last night I had late night munchies after leaving tecate haha. I got the cheese sticks with curly fries and these are the only cheese sticks I actually like because there super cheesy and crunchy. The curly fries are always good from here and the bacon and cheddar sanwhiches. This location has been here for as long as I can remember. They close at 10 but drive thru is open till midnight

The orders are often not correct and this place is slow, the drive through workers are rude and speak over you when you’re attempting to order.

You know I just had to do it. I just had to try Arby’s new Brisket Bacon Flatbread with a side of onion rings of course. Yes, my cardiologist would not be happy with me, but like I said, I just had to try it. Darn commercials… I have to admit, the flat bread was pretty good. I was surprised how much smoky flavor the brisket had and how tender it was. They put a good amount of brisket in the flat bread but I think the person who put it together must of messed up because the wrap only had one slice of bacon, but it was a very good and tasty slice of bacon! It definitely had that peppery flavor as advertised. The lettuce and tomatoes were good and so was the amount of BBQ sauce and its flavor, but I thought they went a little heavy on the mayo. Honestly, if I would of remembered it came with mayo, I would of axed it. I liked the way they allowed the cheddar cheese to melt in the flat bread. The onion rings were good. They were a little greasy but had a very good crunch and had whole onions inside which were tasty. The you lady at the counter was great. I wish I could remember her name because she deserves a positive shout out. I will have to locate the receipt and update this review later.

The food was alright. but…the lack of cleanliness was enough to make my skin crawl. The tables were filthy. A booth where a child spilled chocolate milk, previously in the day, was left to stare at. It was pretty nasty. The condiment dispenser looked filthy and parts were coming off after pumping out sauce. I ended up asking for ketchup packets and the ketchup packets were covered in yellow goo!!! Tf? They need a good cleaning crew to disinfect that place.

It would of been 5 stars but the cashier was a bit… too traditional. I had a hard time ordering a combo and 2 extra sandwiches. I told her about 4 times lol. Went up to the window and didn’t even say hi or smile just monotonous attitude. Oh its $ 14 whatever… no pleases or thank yous were ever mentioned in my trip what a shame. The food tho speaks for itself yummy as ever && my peach brisk was delicious! Just wish they would of put some more ice. My tea was hot given to me so i let it sit a bit in the car thinking maybe it would freshen up but nope my 5 pieces of Ice were camouflaged into my tea :(horrible drive thru service!!! But food was on point thank you arbys… hire some polite & happy cashiers!!!

I went through the drive through and ordered a #14, chicken sandwich. When I checked my bag after leaving, I discovered they have me a Beef & Cheddar instead. Normally you’d be upset about an order mix-up, but who doesn’t love a Beef & Cheddar? As the great philosopher Tupac Shakur once said, «I ain’t mad at cha.» Thanks, Arby’s.

Arby’s is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. The Otay Lakes location in particular has always provided good service and very fresh food. I ordered a Medium Roast Beef sandwich($ 4.59) and my wife ordered the Reuben Combo($ 7.79) which also included a 22 oz refillable drink and a small curly fries. It was more than enough food for us, and after splitting each sandwich found the taste to be far above average for this type of restaurant. The toasted bread of the Reuben and the bun of the beef sandwich were incredibly fresh. In addition to the Pepsi dispenser drink assortment, there was a very nice selection of condiments, including«Arby’s sauce», horseradish sauce, mustard, mayo and perhaps one other. A really nice complement to the sandwiches. I’m a fan.

Once in a great while I will go to arby’s. I like the French dip sandwich it comes with au jus sauce. When I get the order there was no sauce… Asked where the sauce was, she says they ran out … At 1130am … I wished she told be before I ordered it, the whole point of the French dip sandwich is to dip it in the sauce

My friend’s opinion — their customer service is very nice, only thing that bothered me is how long it took to get my food. Although i have been to that arbys multiple times, a few times when it was not busy(maybe one or two people behind me), it still took a while for me to get my food.

Arby’s needs to learn how to treat their drive thru customers with the same equality as their customers who go inside. $ 1.93 for a small cup of water, charged only to drive thru customers, is not consistent pricing compared to «dine in» water cup prices. At the drive thru window I wanted to buy a bottle of water, and I was talked into buying a cup of water instead of a bottle since a cup was supposedly larger, and then I was handed a small cup,(maybe I got a few extra ounces of non bottled water). Why is it that dirty customers who eat inside and leave their trash behind are offered free water cups with unlimited refills, yet drive thru customers are charged $ 1.93 for a single small cup of water? Same thing goes for the people who clog up their toilets and to the gangstas who tag up their baños, why do they get free water yet not the decent drive thru customers?

Update: don’t eat here folks… they take forever to prepare your food. Over priced food. & the cashiers Sharlene and Edith are rude and have really nasty attitudes. They must hate their lives working in fast food. Lol… The Latina one Sharlene always walks around like she’s high and mighty with a bitch attitude. What makes you think your better than anyone else? 30 year old fast food workers who are extremely rude to people. I won’t be eating here anymore. Rather eat at In N Out burger. Also, to other customers reading this review pleas consider if you really want to eat here. The managers don’t care about their customers and act disgusting. When I was here I noticed an older couple comment on how awkward they felt when the assistant manager was yelling for no reason when they were waiting to get their order taken. Way to make customers feel good Arby’s… Lol. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star if anything. Crazy how fast food workers have such gross attitudes and expect $ 15 an hour. Hope you all never get that raise. Haha.

Horrible customer service. Waited for our meal for 20 minutes. Saw the workers just standing around and when we finally got it they got the order wrong. I thought 2 combos meant you get 2 sandwiches, 2 fries and 2 drinks. Never going back to a place like that. On top of that we ordered a beef and cheddar and got no cheese inside. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get the order right.

This Arby’s is above average, compared to other Arby’s in the SD area. Management and shift supervisors seem to stick around for awhile so is May be the reason. Customer service is really good. Seating area is always clean. Food is typical Arby’s, consistently presented well here. Love the Beef N Cheddar!

This place is delicious and never fails, but the reason i give it 3 stars instead of 5 is because of EDYTH. She was a smart a** and she rolled her eyes when i asked if they could please turn down the air a bit. It was freezing! She didnt treat anyone else any better either, i hate going to places with people like that

I had a coupon for 3.99 for drunk fries and beef n cheddar. No one has come close to the taste of the beef n cheddar. I love this. The food was fresh and quick. When in a hurry you can’t go wrong. Only bad part is a coupon needed to attain the price I want to pay.

Every once in a blue moon I crave this stuff. The plain old roast beef sandwiches with the Arby sauce is dee-licious. Also, I found the French Dip sandwich here recently and dang is that thing good. I think Arby’s in an acquired taste. Not everyone is a fan, but I love this stuff in between bouts of not eating here every other month.

Love the Beef and Cheddar sandwiches running on special 2 for $ 4. Plus I love their potato cakes. You can get a small Jamocha shake for $ 1.00 or a turnover for a dollar, or a small ham and cheese sandwich for a dollar off their dollar menu.
