Wow! Every time, wow! Mike and his co-​worker do amazing work. They have been taking care of my (demanding) front and back yards for over a year, which include many tall palms. We communicate by text every couple of months when I need some work done, he fits me into his schedule (usually within a week, if not sooner), and shows up exactly when he says he will. Communication is always prompt and clear. It is such a treat to come home and find a beautifully manicured property.
Mike truly takes pride in his work and I get the feeling he really cares about my property, which makes me so happy! On top of everything, his pricing is reasonable. Considering how hard they work, this landscaping service is an excellent value.
Highly recommended and I will continue use them!

Mike did a fantastic job cleaning up my yard in preparation for new tenants. He was very easy to talk to, went above and beyond with my yard clean up, and was on time! We recently selected Pristine because we read the reviews. Wow! Mike is the best. He responded to my message within one hour and came out the next day to look over the work and give an estimate. Mike and Tony spent 2 days making our yard look like a yard again. They hauled a multitude of yard trash (leaves and such), trimmed and shaped bushes, repaired broken sprinkler heads and replaced valves but Mike also made suggestions as to what could be done in the future to enhance the yard area. What we most appreciate about Mike is his professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction. We have scheduled Mike for his next visit and look forward to him maintaining our yard in the future. :-)

This is the first landscaping company I called after reading the great reviews. Mike answered my call after the third ring and has been quickly responsive on all our correspondence.
I requested a clean-​up/​landscaping of my front yard. I appreciated that he came by my house in a couple hours of my call to provide an estimate and details of the job.
I felt the estimate substantiated the work he did which included trimming all my bushes, weed clearing, lawn and tree service. He was very thorough and left my yard so clean with all the shrubs the same height. My neighbors complimented his work as well.

Mike came out to my house and cleared out all of my landscape, because I wanted something different. The plants I had in place were mature, so it was going to be a lot more work and muscle to get those roots out. Not only did Mike do a great job, but he also trimmed, mowed and cut the plants and grass I did keep, which was not part of the job. What a pleasant surprise to have such a professional go above and beyond to make my property look great. Ver polite and easy going. Outstanding work with competitive prices.

Mike and his co-​worker changed my Jungle-​Esque/​Forest-​Mess/​Weed-​Towering of a front and back yard into a Pristine and Beautiful garden. He was absolutely amazing and his work is second to none. I was away at work when he was doing the job, and when I drove home after work… I almost drove past my house because I was expecting to pull up to my unkept front yard and didn’t realize that it had been transformed into a beautiful lawn. The trimming was clean and crisp, all the weeds gone, and all the excess branches and mess gone. I am more than happy with the work he has done and definitely will be in contact with him for further services soon!

They should have more great reviews!, Mike was just a breath of fresh air, very genuine and polite. He gave me the most affordable quote out of 5 different companies and did a wonderful job! my yard had not been cleaned in over 3 months and he left it looking amazing, he even took the left over mess to the disposal for a minimal fee. Would def recommend!

I highly recommend Mike at Pristine Turf Service! My husband has been too busy to take care of the yard, so I searched Unilocal and gave Mike a try because of the other positive recommendations… and I was not disappointed. He gave me a very reasonable quote, squeezed me into his schedule (I called yesterday, he was here this morning at 7am), worked fast, took whatever didn’t fit into my yard waste container, gave me advice on how to better care for my fruit trees and now my yard looks great. Give him a call, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed either!

I have to thank the previous reviewer introducing me such a great business! It is so true what she says about Mike, the owner of Pristine Turf Services. Me and my family had been away for 4 years from our house and when we came back, let me tell you, we couldn’t even see our patio deck, we had weeds up to our hips! All our plants were hidden or dead. I called Pristine Turf Services and made an appointment for the next morning to get a quote from Mike. Now, mind you I’ve done my research so I know what this little jungle in hand needs to cost me so I’m ready for my bargain. Cause, I’m almost sure anybody sees this garden will try to give me a blown up figure and so I wanted do my homework! OMG! What an amazing, amazing experience! What an honest, credible person Mike has been! He went above and beyond and totally transformed my garden in 5 hours while I was expecting a sales pitch of we need to come twice a week for at least 1 month to make this place look ok. He has the eye for how trim and shape your garden and plants. He exactly knows where to fill spaces with what kind of plants. He is very knowledgeable. He charges almost below for what the fair cost should be which I believe for someone who is so honest that physical labor should always be rewarded and when I wanted to tip his services, he was so humbled by it. He is personable, extremely well mannered, really nice and kind, unbelievably fast at his work. I rarely come across honest people who try to do their best always like him! I wish there was an extra special star for people like him! Oh, btw, I didn’t even have anything in mind of hiring gardening services regularly, but after I met and saw his work I definitely will use his services biweekly from now on.

OMG!!! My home front & backyard were horrible. Not only I hand’t mowed my lawn in 2 months but the high winds and rain had brought unwanted trash and leaves etc. So it was looking like a dirty jungle period. I called spoke with Mike couple hours later he was at my house. He gave me a unbelievable deal, he finished within the time frame he gave me and the quality of work is amazing. My front & back yard look great. I highly recommend him. Plus I appreciated the fact he DID NOT try to force a monthly/​bi-​weekly maintenance plan. =D
