If I could give one star I would !!! I called to say I forgot to add a topping to my pizza from my online order. They tell me okay no problem, five minutes later they call me back and say the tried to run my card because they cancelled the entire order to charge me $ 1.50 !!! for the topping and never mentioned the $ 1.50 in the first phone call and tried running my card another time. Are you stupid ?! Do you not tell a customer who’s card info you have «hey I’m going to cancel the order and run your card again» instead of just adding the $ 1.50 separately. Dinner ruined. $ 45 dollar pizza which was only suppose to be $ 21 now I have to wait 3 – 4 business days for the first void to return to my card. Use your brain people !

Tried to order the garlic knots pizza and the location says they are out. Not sure how you run out of pizza that you supposedly make in house. Then I call 2 other locations 1 being the exact distant away as this location and both say they won’t deliver here. Pretty disappointing after wanting to try this pizza when I never ever go to Pizza Hut. I guess there’s a reason for that

Never fails this Pizza Hut is the worst to order from online. Gave it one last try. This time they missed putting sauce for the breadsticks & cutting the chocolate chip cookie. Won’t be ordering from this location anymore. National City Location is ALWAYS 10x’s better.

Horrible customer service. Ten minutes after I was expecting my delivery I called and was assured the pizza was on its way. Twenty minutes later I called back to find out my order was cancelled because the driver could not find the place. The person I spoke to was unapologetic. He offered to send out the order with no compensation for the horribly long wait. I declined the offer. Had I never called I still would’ve been waiting for my pizza!

I love pizza hut, yet this location on a Friday at 8:30−9pm is a shit show.
We went in to place our take order and while we did our «15 minute» wait we witnessed 2 wrong deliveries, one over the phone «misscommunication issue», and apparently visiting hours for the workers-​where they were making jokes and yelling outloud in the front register.
I’m annoyed but not bothered enough for one star review, until its been 20 minutes for what was supposed to be a 15 minute wait. I get up and ask where the nearest restroom is, the lady at the register suggest I try a night club accross the street… I can wait I say, she tells me my order should be out soon. «There was problems with the wings.»
She proceeded to look for my pizza and looks at me and says «I’m gonna have to start your order over» apparently she gave my order to the wrong person who had already left. She offered no compensation other than wait another 15 minutes. I asked for my money back. She gave it and we left smelling like frying oil, still hungry, and disappointed.
They need better supervision.

I normally wouldn’t think about writing a review for Pizza Hut, but I believe they deserve one since most of their negative reviews on here. I regularly do order from this location whether it is delivery or carry out, because they are so close to home. Most of my experiences are okay, no complaints, and nothing extraordinary. I ordered last night. My promised delivery time was an hour from the time I placed my order; I thought it was a long time for two medium pizzas and two pastas, but whatever maybe they’re busy. In about thirty minutes I heard a car outside and didn’t think twice about it being the delivery guy, apparently he was knocking and I didn’t hear him, so he called my cell. To my disbelief I got my order in 30 minutes from ordering and everything looked delicious. Extra sauce like I had asked for, easy cheese (which I didn’t, but I prefer), the spinach looked delicious and tasted terrific. The chicken Alfredo could have had more chicken, but everything else was great. I was extremely pleased with my order that I even thought of calling and letting the Pizza Hut team know. Everybody has off days, but don’t let that scare you away from this location, they also have good days.

Dam man not the first time they took more then forever i jus thot it was one of those days but nope. horrible service i ordered my pizza box at 8:09 and said it will be dont in 17 mins and waited til 8:50.didnt even get a sorry or nothing never going back now ill take a lil drive to another one. maybe not might even be done wit dealing wit pizza hut and take my money else where. should have offered me something free for inconvenience or a discount or anything. they are lucky i jus didnt take a 2 liter soda on my way out.

Terrible service. I watched them mock the customer in front of me and actively shame him for his accent. He could tell and was obviously embarrassed. The kitchen was dingy too which most delivery customers would not realize. Garbage on the floor and disregard for others is enough to make this a never again location.

I called in last night to order a stuffed crust pizza. I gave my address and phone number, then the worker on the other end said to hang up and they would call me right back on the number that I gave them. They never did. This is unacceptable and is losing Pizza Hut business.
I have never had this happen before. I would not call this location again until this gets corrected.

Awesome service I was quoted 1 hour got my food in 30 minutes and the delivery guy Matt was awesome great attitude I hope every time I order food he delivers it.

Me 15 mins when I showed up all 5 employees avoided eye contact with me which is pretty hard considering the place is so damn small and I was staring at them I know they felt my eye I was saturating with intent!!! Finally a driver came in and saw my face, he checked to see if his delivery was ready. Wasn’t so he looked at me again and was like oh have you been helped? No no I haven’t even been looked at!!! Let alone said hi be right with you give me a sec are you picking up did you want to place an order the list goes on I’m very upset I heard this Pizza Hut sucked but not like this fuck this is the basics the abc treat the people who are paying your pay checks with respect!!! Dumb fucks!!! I ordered wings one order was over sauced the other under sauced wtf?!? I will not go back to this location ever again!!!

Called in order. Was told it would be ready at 6:31 it is now 6:46 and I still don’t have my order. Not happy!

Your store is horrible!!! The phone is ringing off the hook for 30 minutes at 1 pm on a Sunday!!! Lots of other options for Pizza to deal with this horrible service! It would have been negative stars if possible!

Screw this Pizza Hut. I ordered online and the delivery was supposed to take 30 min but it took an hour and 10 minutes. I called the store at the 40 minute mark and was told it was out for delivery, I did not receive the pizza for another 30 minutes so when it got here it was not hot. I ordered wings, a sierra mist, and tuscani chicken pasta as well and on the website the soda ordering page is misleading. The only option for size of bottle is «bottle» and it has a picture of a 2 liter next to it so i ordered 1 bottle and when I received it the bottle was a fucking 20oz. The wings that I ordered were supposed to be an 8 piece and there were only 7 pieces in the box. When I called the store to try to get a refund on the soda and wings the manager refused to give me a refund but did give me a credit for the next time I order from this store, I do not intend to order from this store ever again and I am thoroughly pissed off that they would not give me a refund.
Fuck this store, do not go here, I hope they go out of business and are forced out of their homes and die in the streets.

I ordered online this morning and timed my delivery for 11:40 am. My order wasn’t delivered until 12 pm. The delivery guy was polite but he did emphasize when he handed me the merchant copy that I write the total AS WELL AS the tip amount and sign. I was a delivery driver at Dominos for a few years and I never was that blatantly obvious about wanting a tip. Tsk tsk. I tipped him $ 5, which I would have done anyway so it was unnecessary for him to do that.
I googled pizza hut coupon codes and found two awesome codes. One for a free order of Cheese Sticks. All I had to do was text HUT to 69 488 and text the zip code of the city I was in. The other code I found was for a Medium Three Topping Pizza for only $ 6. Both codes worked! I ordered Cheese Sticks, Medium Three Topping Pizza, 2 Liter Mountain Dew and two Marinara cups. So with tax and the delivery charge my order was only $ 13.50
Pizza was delicious as well as the Cheese Sticks.
I also wasn’t given any plates, napkins, cheese or peppers. I am assuming that with this Pizza Hut you may need to ask for those complimentary items.

This place is horrible! 2^nd time ive ordered from this store and its been more than 15 minutes late. I ordered hot wings and to my surprise it looks like they just splatted the sauce onto my wings. Less than half the wings actually had sauce, and the wings that did, had way to much. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and definitely not going to order from here again. once again this place is HORRIBLE

This place was horrible I ordered online and got my pizza about 15 minutes late my poor kid had to wait and starve while these people take forever to get a simple pizza to my house. Then the delivery guy didn’t even give me my change he kept my change like he deserve a tip. Next time I am ordering dominos pizza or la Bella’s pizza garden at least they get here on time and the food is delicious.

sometimes you just want a fast pizza thats good to eat.
i love pizza huts pan pizza, in all it buttery greasy goodness.
as far as pizza huts go… its just dandy. better than just ok, but hard to give fast food pizza 5 stars…
