Papa John’s Pizza

This is my go-​to pizza spot!!! The workers are always super nice, fast, and just an overall amazing experience. Gabriella is my favorite! Super sweet and super efficient!

Good place if you don’t mind waiting 1 – 2 hours for your food. Called in a carry out order and they said it would take 20 – 30 minutes. I show up about 40 minutes later and the pizza was not ready for another 15 minutes. Not only that, but no one even bothered looking at me while I stood at the register for a good minute or two. Will try to avoid this place as much as possible.

RIDICULOUS! They usually take an extremely long time to deliver but tonight was insane. Ordered a pizza wings and soda at 8:30pm they didn’t get here until 9:45pm, it’s a Friday night so okay I guess I understand. Then as the guy is giving us the order we realize it’s not our order, wtf! He says he’s new and it’s his first day. He calls the store and thankfully they say they’ll redo our order and deliver it at no cost. They literally didn’t get here until 11:30pm! The only reason I order from them is because I have a promo code I use, otherwise I would never get pizza from this place.

So, before today everything was fine with Papa John’s.
Today, we had a fairly large order and the delivery guy got here late. Okay, no big deal. That’s fine. However, they forgot the sauces we asked for, didn’t cut the pizza right, and left one of our toppings off (we only ordered 2 toppings).
So we call and ask for our sauces. An hour goes by. Nothing. So we call again and we get a rude «it should be there any minute». It’s going on 2 hours and we still haven’t gotten it.
Very, very unhappy. Will not be ordering from here again and I will be calling and complaining. Unacceptable. We live 2 miles from the place; it doesn’t take this long to drive and give us our sauces.

This f. in Idiots can not get a f. Order right and they want to make $ 18 and hour, the order was 90 min. Late call to check the ETA and they forgot to to put the order in. Better ingredients, better pizza. They need better service fuckers!!!

Terrible! Our order came in half an hour later than expected. The pizza was already going cold, it wasn’t even sliced, and didn’t come with the pepper and sauce that papa John’s gives. Overall, bad place to order from.

Never order online from this location. Just never order from this location. Go to domino’s or pizza Hut. Lost my business for good. Wrong order and it took an hour and a half to get to my home. To top it off I was given attitude by someone telling me I’m wrong and I got the right order when it clearly had another address on the pizza box sticker. I usually never complain I’ll just take my voucher and take the L i understand the fast food industry is a difficult one but the attitude was just the icing on the cake. Never again at least no from this location

Order online is a no no here!!! From experience just order through phone! Even through phone sometimes they have mishaps! But other than that I love their fresh ingredients!!! That their dough is Whole Wheat!!! So I can get a Vegan and one with everything!!! Since their dough don’t contain no dairy!!! Love it and their not greasy as Pizza Hut get the sauce the best

After ordering online for a party I was having, somehow my order got to this location. I previously had a run in with this location while I was in the area and stopped off to get a pizza so I knew when the driver told me some how my order got to them that my pizza was not going to be very good.
I ordered $ 60 worth of pizza wings and bread sticks. The pizza was cold, burnt and incorrect. They sent me thin crust pizza when my order clearly shows regular crust.
The only good thing about this experience is that the driver was very polite and I figured it was not his fault. There was a glitch in the system that I also did not catch. Sucks because my entire family was saying how disgusting this pizza was.

This place just never gets it right. The last time we ordered from them, they took the order to my old address even after I had confirmed my new address. By the time we got our pizza over an hour later, it was cold. We placed another order tonight and they got the toppings wrong… again. This isn’t the first time. They need to start paying more attention when taking orders and perhaps do what other places do and make sure to repeat the order. It definitely dampens the customer’s experience when they get orders wrong and half of a family has to wait until it’s been corrected. We’re done ordering from this location.

Our experience with Papa John’s was dismal. I am sharing it here because when I shared this information with their manager she could not have cared less. I ordered an extra large pizza with three toppings and 10 hot wings. The food arrived quickly, however, the pizza was the size a local family owned pizza place’s medium. I was surprised by how meager the toppings were. We were give one garlic sauce for a family of three to eat an extra large pizza. One. We were also given only one pepperocini. One. For a family of three. The only reason we ordered from Papa John’s was because we like the garlic sauce. We were also only given one ranch. Apparently this is their store’s policy. It was a little offensive after spending 30 dollars including tip. Why give any «free» sauces at all. What should we do with our one pepperocini? Cut it into thirds? We won’t be ordering from papa john’s again. Not that they care. Their manager hangs up on people.

I ordered online and said it would be delivered in 32 – 42 minutes and it got ere in exactly 40 minutes. Hot and fresh and tasting awesome!

I always order from this store online. 98% of the time I’m satisfied. Always ontime. Today my order was on point. I always order my pizza well done. most times its bout how I like it but today perfect. Good job

When you order on line, you have to guess when your pizza will be ready. never got confirmation email. Called about 25 min later, and they tell me my pics pizza is ready to be picked up.

Placed my order at around 5 pm tonight, got someone else’s order! When I called in I was on hold for about 10 minutes. The girl on the line at 6 pm told me it would only take 45 minutes and here it is almost 2 hrs later and I STILL haven’t gotten my CORRECT order! What’s wrong with the employees in this store?! I mean, seriously??? How hard can it be to look at a box and get the address RIGHT??? HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO TIP!

Good pizza BUT we ordered two large pizzas with breadsticks and they had nooo seasoning! Why on earth would a pizza place sell breadsticks that are just dough? Disappointing, guess you have to be specific and add cheese or parmesan in front of breadsticks. Didnt even get asked what type I wanted to. Good service just a disappointing meal.

Bad customer service from Jose, delivery late by 30 minutes, cold pizza. I rest my case.

I love their Tucson six cheese pizzas with mushrooms!!! Stingey with garlic butter!

Ordered a pizza and some wing everything. I called ahead of time and told a lady that I have a 100 dollar bill. She told me that is ok the drivers will carry enough for you. Well the driver came delivered and only have change for a 20. The driver told me its store policy that they don’t carry a lot of money. Well apparently they have been hiring Jerry kids to work there. I wouldn’t recommend this papa john’s to anyone they cannot order or communicate right plus it takes to long for a delivery. They need to get out of town.

I’m a realistic chick.
When I order from a chain I do not expect to be dazzled or introduced to something that will surprise or enchant my palate.
I do hope to get clean, somewhat tasty grub.
This was exactly what I got from the Papa J.
The new whole wheat crust pizza is a chewy, nutty delight, albeit on the heavy side. (Order well done since it’s so thick.)
It’s best to allow for some expansion when this bad boy hits your tummy though, it’s got FIBER.
Toppings were plentiful and fresh.
At the current special price of $ 11.99 for a large with 3 tops I was very content with my purchase.
