Customer service and the quality of the food from this particular location is extremely bad

I’m not the one to complain but I’m sorry, I have given them way too many chances to get it right. I usually call my orders in because they take forever. I called 3 times, and there was no answer. They finally picked up after the 4^th call. I arrived 20 mins later and waited another 15 mins because my 2 pizzas were not done. They messed up the two customers orders that was ahead of me and they messed up mine. How do you forget the cheese in a stuffed crust pizza? After another long wait, I was offered free wings. Well I wasn’t about to say no to free food. An employee off the clock said «you’re lucky». Umm no They are lucky I didn’t set it off in there. Long story short, cuatomers orders are almost always wrong, and customers are waiting way too long and are not being greeted. They all seem to be teenagers with no customer service skills at all. I will never order from them again. They make my stress level go up. I gave 1 star because I do like their pizza when they get it right every once in awhile. Ps they didn’t even cut my pizza.

RARELY have pizzas ready. come here 1 – 2 times a week because how close it is to my home. everytime we go in they never have enough pizzas ready for customers. keep in mind we only get 1 pizza. the staff is rude. went in one time for a pizza said it was going to be a 10 min wait. myself plus 10 other people had to wait 30 mins! for that time I would have gone to pizza hut. will start going to another location.

Why do y’all close so early and don’t deliver and have a 24 hour drive through instead ya dig? Smh dis why Pizza Hut better they always come through Send someone to take notes ova there. Peaces

Rude staff!!! They always try to give you old nasty past time pizzas… By this i mean pizzas that have been in the oven over 1 hr… And still get angry when you ask for a fresh pizza.

The service here is dead and everyone looks miserable. Fortunately we go there because it’s so convenient for my family and unfortunate that I wish we walked in to great happy attitudes. Who’s in charge of this place?

Worst lil ceasers ever!!! Call in my order so I walk in and and out. They tell me it’s not ready wait 5 min. Then my order is ready, and they cooked the wrong pizza and the wait us 15 min for my pizza. Sad when you can’t even take an order for a pizza right.

$ 8 deep dish is WAYYY better than the $ 5 hot n ready. Luckily the deep dish is also hot n ready from 4−8pm!
The $ 5 hot n ready is decent, as long as you eat it the same day. It can get tiresome though, and they don’t put enough cheese on them. I just tried the $ 8 pepperoni deep dish and I’m a little obsessed. It was a lot more filling and the crust is perfectly cooked and beats the hard, throwaway crust of the regular hot n ready. It feels a lot more substantial and it’s super cheesy! Unlike how the cheese kind of pulls off all at once in the $ 5 pizza.
Service here is hit and miss. Last time I came they couldn’t add crazy bread to my order (must have already totaled it before I added it on) and it took 3 people total to figure everything out. They just ended up charging me $ 9.17 — the price one of the ladies remembered it would all cost. At least the deep dish was good!
I’ll be back to try the $ 12 bacon-​wrapped deep dish pizza the next time I’m ready to clog my arteries up. I’m pleased to see it’s also part of the hot n ready selection from 4−8pm.

Their pizzas are usually always great. I am especially happy today. I ordered a Pretzel Crust pizza and didn’t get there in time. Apparently it doesn’t hold up well to excess heat, so I had to wait for them to make another. Their quality control. For my additional wait, they have me some Crazy Bread. Very nice. Thanks.

I always come here for a quick pizza and wings. Today was just not good. My pizza was cold and stale and the wings had no sauce and we’re cold too. Guess I’ll drive to Zappys a few blocks away.

Service here sucks! It makes a difference when the workers are friendly and respectful, the young girl who assisted me at the register was rude and even went as far as to roll her eyes at me.
I ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza extra sauce. The pizza was perfect and very tasty. $ 10 for the pizza, not bad, but given the attitude, I won’t be back. If rather pay more and get better service then come here.
The veggie supreme was terrible. So bad we tossed the whole thing. If they call what we had a supreme, I might as well have ordered a plain cheese for $ 5. And saved $ 6, on the crap I received. The pizza had at the most 15 Olive pieces, 5 onion slivers, 8 green pepper pieces and that is it. Terrible!!!
Don’t waist your time on ordering anything other than their fast and ready for $ 5 or the deep dish, it’s a rip off!

Been here 3 times in the last month. Food is either already ready or available in less than 10 minutes. Staff is extremely helpful and nice. They have 4 chairs inside so if you have to wait, you have a place to sit. I’ve never seen it super crowded. Usually it’s just in and out.

Came in to get a deep dish pizza. It was already ready. The girl that at the register was polite and courteous. Her coworker, however, was more interested in sitting and playing on get phone (see pic). Seems like management needs to re evaluate their priorities.
