Jack in The Box

When I do eat fast food, I usually get tacos from here. $ 1.19 for two tacos, it used to be 99cents for two but they recently raised their price.
It’s my first time eating at this location. It’s at the edge of a parking lot so I got confused when I first drove in. It’s located next to Kohl’s and across from Shell gas station.
We went through a drive-​thru, so theres not much I can tell you about their service. But the guy who took our order greeted us and gave us a lot of hot sauce, thats good enough for me.
We got 8 tacos, noticed that they stuffed it a lot. Cause usually, tacos from jack in the box are super flat and half of it is just tortillas. Surprisingly, there was a lot of lettuce & meat in it :)

There was a hair on my burger, so gross!!! Went to the manager and asked for a refund, instead of a refund they ask if I wanted anything else, got some fries but they didn’t give me my refund back. What a crappy manager, the least you can do is give me my refund and the meal for free. Will never come back here or any jack in the box ever again!

I just can’t stay away from the new jalapeño bacon breakfast burrito. It is filled with scrambled eggs, tater tots, bacon and jalapenos doused in a chipotle cream sauce. I love it even more when I have a buy one get one free coupon. The only fault is the tortilla which is average. But all the spicy flavors mask that one flaw. I’ve tried it 3xs now and all from this location. First time didn’t have as much sauce. Third time lacked a few tater tots. Overall, it’s addictive and keeps me coming back for more.

There’s a woman named Ciria who’s very nice and my boyfriend and I love to see her every time we stop by. The food here is usually up to par and I like to eat here when I want to get full and not spend a ton of money. I’d recommend this place.

I usually enjoy Jack in The Box every now and then. But when I do, I have to go in the mornings before work so I need to grab something quick. I don’t think this location EVER trains their employees. Out of the 3 times I went to this location, 2 times they forgot something in my order and I don’t have the time to go back into the store to get it. The first time they forgot I was okay with it because everybody makes mistakes. The second time is what pissed me off. They forgot an item in my order again, but this time I went in to complain. I received no apologies and just got my missing item. That was it. I was amazed about how they treat their customers. I’m never going back to this location or Jack in The Box for that matter.

I wish that I could give a place zero stars. This is the absolute worst Jack in the Box let alone fast food joint I’ve ever been to. Me and my boyfriend used to come here all the time a couple of months ago and everything was totally fine, till one day everything started to go downhill. Why would a business put a guy who is hardly understandable in charge of taking orders??? He never listens to what I’m ordering, messes it up, never gives me the right change, and doesn’t give me my complete order. Employees here also talk shit about customers in Spanish in front of them. I hate this place so much. NO ONE EVER COME HERE save yourself the frustration and drive a mile or so down the road to the other jack in the box or Carl’s jr.
I hope the guy with a heavy accent gets fired.

First time to a Jack in the Box ever today to pick up a quick lunch. For a fast food joint, it isn’t bad. Burger was decent. Curly fries are pretty darned good. They certainly seem to have a better selection than In & Out. I rarely eat fast food, so not sure if/​when I’ll go back.

So here I am writing a review about this fast food joint. Hmm. Anyways, I hope Jack reads this! How is it that every time I come here and the same guy (who you can’t understand) gives me my food he ALWAYS, I mean always forgets my hot sauce? WTH! Tacos aren’t the same without them!!! Would I give you a hamburger patty without the bun?!? Come on now! It always happens when he’s on the mount! It never fails! The first time it happened months ago he didn’t even offer /​ask if I wanted hot sauce! Then it happened again a second time and so forth! This time I clearly TOLD him ahead of time before he handed over my food that I clearly wanted hot sauce!!! Well … Of course it didn’t happen! I get 3 buttermilk house sauce! Just great!!! I should have checked my bag before leaving! Thanks again Mr. drive thru man who you can’t understand! Maybe next time I’ll just write it on a piece of paper so we’re all on the same page!

As far as fast food joints go and specifically Jack in the Box’s, this one is towards the top of the list.
The restaurant opened a few years ago and has been consistently good. Eat in, Take out, DT, all good… when there has been an issue (long delay, for example), the staff handles it well, for example, throws in a piece of cheesecake or a small fries to your order. Don’t understand why other places don’t do this.
Favorite foods to order here are breakfast items during the day/​evening. Always piping hot and fresh.
Staff are always friendly and polite; dining room, though small, is inviting and kept clean.

Love, love, love, love, jack in the box! When I order the Jalapeño Popper’s I am always impressed with that tasty flavor also the fries are out of this world! Thanks JIB for making a home in Eastlake! One more happy customer!

two hambugers at approx 5pm on February 26, 2015 and the hamburgers were so dry and a miniscule portion of ketchup and nothing else in sight on it. I had to drown my mouth with water to keep from choking it was so dry. I will never go back. I will stick to In and Out burger down the street or maybe McDonalds.

I don’t know if it because of a lunch rush or what, but got the worst customer service from the drive through. I ordered a meal with curly fries, but ended up getting regular fries. I also ordered a breakfast meal, but they didn’t even add that in. The lack of attention to detail is to high and don’t recommend this location. If you don’t want anything you ordered please buy your wrongly ordered foods here.

Avoid this location at all costs! Not worth your time or money! They get you order wrong, have horrible customer service, and they don’t follow up. I did TWO of their online surveys and have not been contacted AT ALL! I know it’s just Jack in the Box but every time I come here there is an issue and it doesn’t seem like anyone gives a damn! Some fast food joints have standards, but I guess not here.

Why would someone write a review about Jack In The Box? We all know what to expect.
Fast. Food.
Not at this location. After a night of inebriation, a few friends (5) and I found ourselves, almost alone, inside of this establishment. We stood at the register for a few minutes before being helped by an associate. 25 minutes. That’s how long it took to get our food. I can’t expect my good to be fantastic; it’s Jack In The Box. Seriously, though. 25 minutes? Get it together, Jack.

In a land of where 90% of us are immigrants, I get that there’s accents that come with it. But when somebody working the drive thru earlier today spoke little English and screwed up big time, there shouldn’t be an option to press 5 for English.
Wrong sandwich, drinks, and chicken tenders. Not coming back here no matter how much of a calling my hangover wants to.

WORSE FAST FOOD PLACE I’VE EVER ATE!!!
Order a Waffle Breakfast Sandwich.
Instantly after couple of hours, I’ve gotten food poisoning.

I stopped in for a quick bite at this Jack in The Box location for a quick bite on my way home. I came in for the fajita pita, which I got, but I notice a small sign that they were offering a Nacho Monster taco with jalapenos for a limited time, so I said what the heck, and I also ordered some of their sweet potato waffle fries.
The nacho taco was rather interesting and came filled to the brim with temperature hot nacho sauce and freshly sliced spicy jalapenos (
). The meat and soy mixture was the same that you would get with one of their regular and and monster tacos. It was piping hot and tasted okay, but had that mealy soft texture.
The chicken fajita pita, one of the regular items I eat at this place, was good. This one came filled with chicken more than the others I have had. (
) The chicken was tender and the pita came with tasty caramelized onions and fresh romaine. The sweet potato waffle fries were actually quite good. I think they do these right. (
) I like that they are thick and well fried and seasoned.
The service was okay, but could of been better. I friendly hello should be offered, not just a «can I take your order.» I appreciate the speed, but make your customers feel welcomed.
Crack in the Box!

Just your typical Jack in the Box. I’ve been here many times, using both the drive thru and walked in. Usually at night after 8pm the drive thru is usually busy when I pass by. Very typical of a Jack in the Box. Sometimes they have a worker taking orders from a tablet standing outside which speeds up the process and cuts down the wait time.
Whenever I eat in, food usually comes in a timely matter so there’s really no complaints. This place is a good a good spot, clean, friendly and quick.

I was told to avoid this place. However I like the tacos. I got reeled into the jacks munchie meal. The burger looks so good in picture.
Well again the meat is old and the tacos where a little old. I have made a decision to never go to this location again.

I am just rating their drive-​thru. Once I dine-​in, I’ll update my review. The first thing I noticed about their drive-​thru is that the entrance to the drive-​thru to the exit looks long. I guess they must get busy during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I came here on a late-​night. Only one car was ahead of me. The guy who took my order spoke clearly and heard me. We even customized both our meals. Once we got to our destination, we ate our meal. My Jumbo Jack with cheese and curly fries tasted good as expected. I also has their regular hot coffee with a few creamers and sugars. Their coffee was on the warm-​side once we got to our destination that was about five minutes away. Luckily my friend has a microwave.
