Every time I go here I tell myself, maybe I will have a different experience this time (only ihop near me) and again I’m wrong. This place is dirty and the service is terrible! Never coming back!

Reasons for the one star. We got sat and there were bugs crawling up from the floor and through the window we brought this to their attention and they seemed annoyed. So they moved us right next to the kitchen. Second reason our server was TERRIBLE. He seemed annoyed when we had to ask for silverware and napkins. He never came back to check on us at all. Half of our food was cold like it had been sitting there for awhile. Then I heard the hostesses talking about my table when I walked up to pay the bill. Terrible terrible terrible location I’ll never be back again. Maybe if they employed people who knew what they were doing and didn’t talk shit about customers it’d probably be a better place :) overall shitty do not recommend –5 out of 10.

My congratulations to the team at IHOP saw a lot of cooperation between waiters and that makes everything goes well. Thank you!!!

This place seems to always be busy, but no matter what, you get seated super fast! They have an incredible customer turnover, and also get the food out really quick.

I used this place when service was good. Lately there’s a waitress who talks back to you when ask them to put extra sauce. «Her answer is «It alredy has enough sauce» Since when do waitresses know if its enough for the customer??? Is she paying my bill??? NO so then put more sauce and charge me for it I didn’t ask her opinion!!! I give this place 2 stars today.

I like this location the best. It was pretty busy but we only had a 10 min wait! ;) our waitress was super fast to take our order. At the other ihop locations (Eastlake & national city) it takes forever, even when it’s not busy! Our food came out in about 10 – 15 mins and it was yummy, everything cooked just as we asked.

Very disappointed in the service this morning! I went there to get a take out order for my wife and I and the place was packed (which was fine). Michelle took my order and I gave her my name. Thirty minutes later, I started to see people who came in after I did and they were getting their take out orders before me. I asked the man at the register about the status of my order. Michelle brought my order out and said that she was sorry but she forgot my name. HOW CAN YOU FORGET MY NAME WHEN IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE RECEIPT THAT WAS ATTACHED TO THE BAG??? Not just that but why wouldn’t you announce out loud that the order was ready or do something rather than nothing? When I got home, the food was cold and my wife’s sandwich was missing the avocado that I asked for and had bacon which I did not ask for. I called and spoke with the general manager and at least he was willing to fix the problem.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY PLACE ORDERS!

I’ve come to this IHOP twice and both times service was incredibly slow, waited 20 minutes BOTH times just to get drink orders. This time around the waitress sat me down and I was waiting for someone to come over, she made eye contact with me quite a few times but did not come over to get my drink order. I was about to leave but someone else came over finally. The foods great but unfortunately the service is poor.
(Side note: my waitress was completely non existent. I couldve totally walked out without paying and she probably wouldn’t have noticed until 30 minutes later)

We came from out of the area to get tattoos done and decided to go to IHOP after since it was one of the few places open after hours. As we sat down to order the bus boy threw a sugar packet at the waitress and instead hit my friend in the head. Why is this employee throwing things? The bus boy, the waitress nor the manager on duty apologized after we complained. None of the employees who worked there looked happy to be there. No wonder you work there!!!

Service sucks it took 25 minutes for someone to take our drink order and it wasnt even busy and another 15 for our actual meal. The turkey dinner and fixing was gross, nothing had flavor. The banana nut bread however was good.

Me && baes came into ihop during the AM hours. Got greeted efficently and sat. Today our server was Michael.. this guy was not one of my favorites first off when he came around to get our drink orders settled in he was mumbling or talking in such a low shy voice i couldn’t understand shit he said. Baes got regular coffee & i tried the vanilla iced coffee with a glass of h20. I didn’t get my water. We ordered appitizers tge chkn & waffles which was on point. before we even got our appitizers here comes much Michael asking if we were ready to order our entrees… ummmm noooo still waiting on the appetizers we responded. Finally we were done with our food which was awesome! !!! The service. … all kinds of bad. So upsetting too we love this location

Worst service ever! If you like to sit and watch other patrons eat, then this is the place for you. Got sitted and there was a coffee pot left from the last people who sat there. Several waitress passed us and no one even bothered to pick it up. Nothing to drink either. Poor poor service

Service isn’t always great (can get extremely busy) but breakfast is always good. And if there’s any mistakes, they never have a problem fixing it.

Ok my experience was awesome. I been here a few times before but wasn’t anything outstanding like this time. I had the best waiter at this ihop her name was Roxana. She was so nice, very genuine in her service, she read my mind with everything I wanted only before I could even ask for it. Example she brought ranch, Tabasco sauce and ketchup without it coming out of my mouth. If you go to this ihop, definitely request Roxana. She’s the bomb and her service was the best I had in a restaurant hands down. I’m coming back just because of her great service witch is hard to find these days.

Very straight to the point. We got seated right away by the host, a party of 4 although it took them 15−20min to even ask us what drink we wanted

My best friend is visiting from Germany so we’ve been going here right after the gym lately. He likes Ihop for some reason. It’s a generic main stream diner like Dennys. It’s ok, I’m happy as long as the food is edible. I wanted to order stuff off the 55 and up menu but I’m not 55 and up so I need to get a fake ID. I’m going to search Unilocal for fake ID reviews.
I always order the water. Re-​fills are free.

I came here on Mothers Day it was very busy. Our server was very nice and the food came out very fast. We sat outside in the patio. The food was good.

The wait here is redonkylous, especially on the weekends. But mama and papa dukes really wanted IHOP after church so IHOP they will have!
We waited a good 45 minutes to be seated. Jazmine was our server on a Sunday morning. I had the French brioche with berries, scrambled eggs, hash brown and bacon. When I got my food, my French brioche was drawing in the berry and sauce. I should’ve asked for the berries on the side because the sweetness was a bit overbearing. The eggs were your standard scrambled eggs. A little Tapatio and I’m good. The hash browns were a little undercooked though. I didn’t enjoy it as much. Also, the water is really watered down. I need about 3 – 4 cups before I started «waking up».
Jazmine was a nice server. Though with other breakfast spots, I may have to travel elsewhere.

Chula Vista is much better, I would drive here just for these!

This is the 24 hour IHOP in town. Rolled in at 2am hungry after a night of shenanigans. This isn’t the safest looking place at night. There was a transient asleep near the entrance and not the best crowd rolling out of here as we walked in (getting mad dogged by customers leaving for no apparent reason at that early in the morning is something you notice). The service was good. We were tended to pretty frequently. Then again me and my buddy were the only ones in the place at 2am. Food was typical IHOP food. Good and solid. If I had to come here at 2am again I would probably have to think about it due to the area alone.
