Subway

Fresh bread and veggies what else can you ask for. Lunch time long lines but it’s lunch time. So it’s a given.

Like any other subway. It can get busy after school around 3pm. Service was good and is a quiet and comfortable (ac) environment.

Every time I come in, I always get amazing service. The food is always so fresh and if I forget to add something on my sandwich they are always willing to put some extras in a to go container to add in my sandwich. I am a subway addict, so I know when the food and the service is great and this one is one of the best ones I have been too. Including the subway off of chino hills pwky/​pipeline

Always order my food though the app on my phone. Walk in grab it and leave. Two ladies are nice and always have it ready with my cookie!

Horrible staff. Unfriendly. Seemed like they hate their job. Came in today, the lady didnt even bother to ask if i want it toasted. I’m forgetful so I’m used to them asking me. They never did today. Usually other branches cut the footlong in half, they never did. Like she was in a hurry.
Hope they’ll change their staff to friendlier ones.

I’m giving this Subway more chances and I have seen their customer service improve A LOT!

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to, Has messed up Multiple orders, served me older bread, and had the worst customer service i’ve EVER seen for ANY establishment, I will NEVER return to this subway.
I had one visit where I brought a $ 20 Gift card in, and spent $ 18, UNDER CA LAW if a Gift card falls below $ 10 the store MUST offer you Cash for it upon request, This is the LAW. The Shift manager/​cashier Refused to give me the money for it, after threatening to report this and having the rude lady say she didn’t care, I insisted on not leaving until she called an Owner, The owner told her of course that she had to refund it, as she did she made a smart remark, I got home and noticed my Big Philly Cheese steak, which is a premium sub, did NOT have the extra cheese its SUPPOSED to have, I called back and they told me they put the right amount on there and wont’t fix it, when I went to contact the owner, the owner had the gall to call me a LIAR!
Over some Cheese? Really? Why would I lie about something as simple as Cheese?!
Needless to say I Would Give this place a ZERO if I could, How dare they call a Customer who got a wrong order a LIAR! I hope this place closes.

I came in one day and asked the Grumpy older latin lady «which bread is fresh» to which she answered «they’re all fresh.» I asked because I have come soo many times in the past when the bread was kinda hard & crunchy and not fresh.
So I picked the honey oat bread and the same lady acted like she was SHANKING the bread… you know how they do it in Prison or if you’ve ever watched «American Me,» just like that… She tore the bread like ¼ of the way down so I asked her for a new piece of bread and she huffed, threw the bread in the trash and got another bread all without even looking up! lol
The sandwich was ok, but the customer service at that store can use some major improvement. I have come many times in the past and this lady seems to be upset about something all the time!

So, I want a decent spinach salad. The gal puts a cup of spinach in a bowl– a cup! I have to beg for more. Then, the vegetables looked so horrible. Like they had been frozen & then put out. I have to request the rotten produce not be put in my salad but find some pieces half decent. I’m thinking this whole time — was management so desperate not to waste that he/​she thought it is ok to feed this to me??? And then, I see same staff that never smiles (I wish they would fire her!) I’ve even said something to her. Six months between visits not long enough!

As food goes Subway is not the greatest but for the subways around this one is pretty good. I love the breakfast sandwich on flatbread, egg whites, ham cheese, toasted, then only $ 3.00 with a fountain drink is kinda hard to beat and this store has some great service, for breakfast anyway. Not sure what all the other reviews are about and lets be real this person is up earlier than you and is making your breakfast for you because you are a lazy slob, cut them a little slack, this is subway not the avocado house. Be thankful we live in a country that has all these luxuries we take for granted and then complain about.

The workers needs to smile more. Customer service sucks at this Subway. No customer interaction. Maybe they should train their workers to communicate with the customer, feels like you are talking to a robot.

Sandwich artist who was there at 6:35 on Monday aug 12^th needs to turn that frown upside down, when a customer comes in smile and welcome them especially if he says hi first! Customer service with a smile is all your place needs!

The staff is rude. They get your order wrong and then they won’t fix it. We ordered a kids meal and they made a 6in, then they would not give my daughter the kids meal with the bag, because «It doesn’t go with the 6in.» We didn’t order a 6in (a****olé) we ordered a kids meal. Get the orders right, or correct it with a smile! I’m with the other reviewer, if you don, t like customer service… Change Jobs!
Oh Yeah… and they don’t honor their own coupons.

Place has horrible staff! Do not appreciate having eyes rolled at me when ordering spinach, my mistake having to make you go to the fridge to get more. Honestly if workers do not like the job they have quit. its that simple! Should have stayed in school I guess…

Subway, eat fresh. I like to make a pit stop at this Subway on my way home from a hard day at work. When I’m in the mood for a healthy and quick dinner I can have someone create a low fat sandwich for me in a jiff. Freindly staff who is generous with the toppings, always an extra star for that.
This is a small Subway hidden in a little shopping center with plenty of parking to make your way inside.

Some Subways have staff as dry as the sandwiches they create but this store stands apart from the rest. I visited this restaurant during a lunch time rush and they were busy. As I watch them smile and quickly serve every guest, they prepared every sandwiched that looked just like the picture on the menu. They evenly placed the meat and cheese on the sandwich and were charming to the customers too.
The inside dining area was really small and they did not have an outside dining area were my only complaints. Overall, great experience.
