Jersey Mike’s Subs

I would give 2 ½ stars but definitely not three. Went in on a Sunday and a bunch of young entitled kids working there. I worked fast food as a kid and though it was not the best job but I still give good customer service. They had a hard time getting my order right. when they made a mistake they acted like it was my fault. In addition I asked for onions on the regular double meat sandwich and they put three onions on the entire sandwich. The reason I’m getting two stars and not one because the quality the bread and meat was still good despite the poor service. I will not be eating at this jersey Mike’s again. I wish kids today would have a little more pride in what they do

2 stars only cuz the food was still great. The service was HORRIBLE!!! There were two girls there a dark haired girls was great super friendly and sweet. Then there was a blonde girl with a tattoo behind her ear who was obviously the superior and VERY ANNOYING!!! Very RUDE!!! We tried to use a coupon and she scoffed at it like it was beneath Her and the store
Saying «oh you can’t use that HERE!!! It works at that Pomona store». Well… I’d much rather drive the few exits to that «Pomona» store and get excellent service than deal with that girl ever again. I wish I would have gotten her name to file a formal complaint

I’ve had The Turkey & Provolone, The Club Sub, The Club Supreme, The Roast Beef and Provolone, The Grilled Pastrami Reuben, The Original Italian, and The Jersey Shore’s Favorite. I like them all!!! Order them «Mike’s Way»: With Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices. However, any combination you’d like would be gladly accepted. I loooove their perfectly crunchy and tasty pickles (not too pickled/​tart)!! They have avocado (costs extra), but they don’t have olives (darn! I looove olives)!
The sandwiches are a bit higher priced than your average sandwich chain restaurant, but you can taste the higher quality and the customer service is always fantastic. Open one up in Diamond Bar/​Walnut, please!

I have been to MANY Jersey Mike’s locations and this is by far the best one. The staff was so friendly and personable. My food tasted great and they seemed happy to be there. They told me about the student discount and I signed up on the loyalty program. Love this location.

Best subs anywhere! So much better than subway or anything else like it. I love the turkey bacon avocado! Their bread is what makes the sandwich better than most placed. It’s always fresh and firm but soft. I hate when the bread it hard and super flaky. Not a jersey mikes! It’s perfect. Also the chili relish (I think that’s what it’s called) is a delicious addition to a sandwich. The staff here have always been super friendly also!

Jersey Mikes is really close to my workplace so you can bet that I’m there several times a week. Is usually order a #13 Mikes’s way with bacon. Meat is good quality and veggies are fresh and crisp. Can’t go wrong.

This sandwich shop has the best cold cuts, freshest meats, and some of the best sandwich bread you could ask for. The service is always fast, and attentive. The price is worth the top quality sandwich. Jersey Mike’s restaurants are better than Chic-​Fil-​A, Baja Fresh, The Habit and TOGO’s combined.

We ordered Jersey Mikes for a staff lunch and I didn’t pickup the order so I can’t rate them on service which I’m sure is great. The 2 stars is for the warm Buffalo chicken sandwich that I had to throw away entirely because the first few bites made me nauseated. What a shame it’s huge! Sorry but the bread was completely wet/​drenched soggy and falling apart. Chicken tasted very off and there’s was wayyyyy too much of everything. I only eat meat once or twice a week but. Know what good and bad chicken tastes like. Sorry MAYBE I’ll try a cold cut next time but definitely never getting this again. Aside from that their menu has tons of options and prices are reasonable.

Always come here. The word «Subway» never pops in my head anymore. Everything tastes super fresh, the bread has a nice and full texture, workers are nice, I’ve gotten two free sandwiches from collecting points there! Haven’t experienced anything bad! Always good.

LOOOOOOVE JERSEY MIKE’S… could eat this all day, everyday… #13 Italian Mike’s way with mustard, extra olive oil and vinegar… get red pepper relish on the side… OH MAN… me and the wife share a giant to satisfy the Jersey Mike’s fix. the staff at the chino hills location are very friendly and like to chat alot, but i dont mind because my excitement to bite into a jersey mikes samich gets me chatty.
NOW FOR THE 1 STAR OFF: at this particular location, there are times when my sandwich is made very sloppy and not up to quality standards im used to with Jersey Mike’s and other Jersey Mike’s locations. i like to watch my sandwich being made and there are times when i see the sandwich maker getting really sloppy with the ingredeints. now i like lettuce hanging out here and there out of my sandwich, oil n vinegar dripping out, but what gets me is that the sandwich isn’t cut evenly and the tomatos, letttuce, olive oil and vinegar are not distributed evenly throughout the whole sub. i watch them rush the making of the sandwich and end up with an uneven sloppy sub… but once i finish my regular sized sub, i am a very satisfied customer.
P. S. looking to try to finish a giant all by myself… SCARED!

Jersey mikes on Mother’s Day afternoon was crazy! Super busy! Only two people working, but they did a great job! Only 4 stars because of the long wait.

I love Jersey Mike’s. I just discovered the club supreme sandwich. Roast beef and turkey and bacon Mike’s way.
This place is as good as any Jersey Mike’s location and the staff here is very friendly.

I want jersey mikes to cater my funeral. Their freshness will bring me back to life. I always get the #7 ben’s way, it should be #1 because fuck. Customer service level: your best friends hot sister who gives you a hug and reassures you that you are straight. Every Jersey Michaels is like this which is why I gave it 5 late phase of stellar evolution

Newly opened location that is the 2^nd besides the one off Central and Philadelphia. I got a #4 ($ 7) which is provolone and prosciuttini made Mike’s Way® with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, vinegar, oil and oregano. Also get the pepper relish on the side which makes is really good.
They gossip so loudly while they clean though. They were nice and they take card, they also have a frequent buyer card too.

Small but clean. Friendly staff. I took a tuna sandwich home and it was a bit soggy but it was really good. My wife had the Philly and it was delicious as well. I like how they slice the ham right in front of you as they are making the sandwich.

First time to Jersey Mikes, let’s just say «cookie for the rookie».
The place was plentifully staffed by a young enthusiastic staff. Great customer service BTW.
I ordered a turkey sandwich the way my wife likes it and a roast sandwich for myself «Mike’s way».
We enjoyed the meal. The sandwiches here are a bit more costly than the «usual» sandwich shops but there is a quality that you can taste. They slice the meat and cheese fresh.
I will definitely be coming back for the food and awesome service.
This is a solid 4 star sandwich shop.
