The male«manager» is the worst part of this operation. He behaves like he’s the owner of this place. Extremely arrogant, disrespectful, dishonest(gives insurance false information to overcharge them), egregious attitude, thinks he can talk down to customers however he wants to. Prohibits customers from asking the dr. anything as if he is the authority. Service here is nonexistent. I guess he doesn’t care about repeat customers as long as he can keep his job.

One of the most caring eye doctor’s I have ever met. Dr. Khan made me comfortable and took the time to answer all my questions and recommends only what is needed. I had previous lasik and need to have some check ups every so often. She allowed me time to select the right frames and gave advice as needed. I am surprised at some of the previous reviews as I was given everything in the time frame they gave me and my insurance wasn’t an issue at all. With my busy schedule, they always seem to be able to find time and squeeze me in on short notice. Great experience and would not go to anyone else!!!

Never going back here and would not refer anyone either. I had my exam in Feb 2015 and ordered eyeglasses. I waited for about three weeks. I had to take them back in July due to a defect in the right lens. Almost four weeks pass. I call office and they tell me that they were sent to another office and that they would have them by hopefully Friday Aug 17 but more than likely on Monday Aug. 19. They called to tell me they were ready on Aug.19. I pick up my glasses and they don’t even bother to apologize. Poor customer service. No wonder that place is like a ghost town.

If 0 stars was an option, this place gets it! I previously made an appointment with Dr. Khan last year for my nephew’s 6 month eye exam. When we went out there for the appointment, they were looking up the insurance information. While looking up the information, they were unable to locate him in the system. They said to call our insurance and medical group and have him be added on. Okay, that’s on our end. So my sister had her HR look into that and rectify the issue. We picked Edelson Optometry in Chino to go to in the meantime since they were under . Luckily for us, the receptionist there knew the system and easily inputted my nephew into his mother’s insurance without her having to talk to her HR. We decided to try Dr. Khan again because I had remembered all the previous good reviews she had, which I think now are fake reviews. Since we hadn’t heard back from Edelson Optometry, we decided to give them a second chance. I made an appointment with them on Wednesday for this Saturday at 10:30am. Gave them our insurance information. My sister had left with him and that’s when I noticed I had a missed call and message on my phone. They had called at 10:08am and left a voicemail, then texted me at 10:15am to let me know that they could not see him at their office. Who calls someone the day of, 22 minutes before the appointment to let them know that they couldn’t see the patient? The least your office could do is call a day before to notify us. She was already on the road and left before she could get the message. You had 2 days before the appointment to look up the insurance information to see whether or not you could see the patient. You decide to look it up at the last minute and then give last minute notice to the patient who had the appointment? That’s beyond inconsiderate to us. Find another optometrist if this is the kind of treatment you receive.
