Bella Day Spa Salon & Boutique

I love this place. I go to Nora for her electrolysis services and she does a wonderful job. I have had Julie give me the best facial I’ve ever had, and had the best massage experience with Donna today. I have also had my eyebrows waxed twice by 2 different staff members who did a wonderful job. I have nothing bad to say about my many experiences at the Bella day spa. I recommend this place for anyone who would like a true and amazing spa experience.

I had Christine Johnson do my nails here and she was WONDERFUL! I’m not big on sitting in a salon but with a professional career, I know I need to look put together. She could tell right away the type of person I am and chatted with me like an old friend.
She did a teal shellac (the gels) and it’s been almost 2 weeks… they look great!

I’m going to go back the last 2 – 3 years and and write about reviews on Unilocal for the salons in Chico which left the best impressions on me, such as haircuts, eyebrow waxing, nails etc. One of the best eyebrow waxes I’ve gotten in Chico is from the Yvette. I no longer get my eyebrows waxed but if I did, this is the place I would go! Bella is a professional salon with very experienced ladies and I would definitely recommend it.

I went to Yvette to get my brows done and she was excellent! She was extremely friendly and the environment is AMAZING. Beautiful décor and ambiance– I can’t wait to go back for, well, whatever!
They offer a million different services and their package deals save you a ton of cash. This place is my new go-​to in Chico!

It was my friend’s first time to be in a Spa and my first time to be in a spa in Chico. It was sad that we had this problem with them. We found out about them through their website and of course based the service that we would like through it. However when we got there we were charged differently, like $ 45 more than what we saw on their website. When we asked them, they did acknowledged that there was a glitch with their info on the web, but they never had the courtesy to at least correct or be fair to our end… Even if we were brand new customers. With the services, I have been to many spas in the past, not only here in the US but other places as well, and I could say that they have the worst facial I had. I am not after the products, but after the cleansing that they would do to my face. The massage was not as rejuvenating that I was expecting it to be. The only satisfactory part I can say is the pedicure. I wouldn’t recommend this place ever. I wish they would respect their customers, to keep their business going.

Been going here for years to get my lashes and brows tinted. Yvette does an excellent job.

So I am not sure how to start this review, except to say that I needed to get a back wax.
I made an appointment with Nora, the owner, and was pleasantly surprised. She was professional, on time, and the facilities were clean. The building is tucked away in the back of the complex, but it is easy to find. The hair removal was done quickly, and without a waxy mess. She used wax, but it was done in such a way as to prevent wax from being all over the place.
I would go back.
