This review is for the retail store across from Costco.
I received great customer support from the staff at a main. I had an issue with parts not fitting. Employees Jacob and Chris took the time to make me feel confident in my purchase and made right on issues I had with another helicopter of mine. I am surprised at all the customers complaining of poor service on the warehouse side. These guys were so patient with a (what seemed to me) overwhelming situation. They took it in stride and made sure my wife and I were happy.
I would not hesitate to recommend this place to both beginners and experts alike. It is clean, well lit, and a bunch of parts that the staff are more than willing to help you find.
Check your attitude at the door and you’ll find that we are so lucky to have a place like this in butte county.

This review is for the A Main Performance Hobbies retail location across from Costco in Chico, on Martin Luther King, Jr. Pkway.
The staff in here is FANTASTIC! Kristen, Crystal, Kenny, Jerry, and Corey are fantastic. In fact, often I’ll just walk over during my break to see what’s up and chat about RC flying. The staff are all very patient with my endless questions and small purchases (I do make the occasional large purchase). The store itself is great. They stock just about everything I need and have fantastic prices. Their prices are the same as their web store, which rival other web stores. So why not shop local AND get expert advice? I do!
