Simply Brilliant

A friend reccommended me to Daniel and it was hands down the best engagement ring experience! It’s the only one I had, but it was a great experience. I intially started researching rings online and in person at a few jewelers in the area late last year, but was skiddish of buying online and not being able to see the final product. So after a little prodding from a friend I decided to call Daniel up and give him a chance to win my business. And not only did he win my business, but I am confident I will absolutely be a repeat customer. He listened to me intently and I felt like he was totally on my side and wasn’t necessarily trying to steer me in anyway. I didn’t feel pressured at all, really felt like it was a team effort. After a few consultations on the phone we narrowed it down to three great stones which were all winners. After we picked the stone I sent him a picture of the band and I wanted and he custom made it for me short time later. In summary he was knowledgable, friendly, and very responsive. Forgot to mention he was priced very competitively too. All in all a great combo. My finacee loved the ring and I highly reccomend Daniel!!!

Simply Brilliant has moved to 21 N. Wabash. It was worth finding out where the new business was located. Daniel Lam shares a space with his brother at the new location and both he and his brother were extremely helpful as I searched for the perfect anniversary gift. No pressure. Excellent selection. They really work with you to make sure you’re happy!

I’d gone to Daniel’s store a couple of times before finally getting around to buying a stone from him. Each visit he wasn’t pushy and obviously, knew what he was talking about. Consistency and being willing to follow up with me after I’d made the purchase is what has me referring him to my friends. Thanks Daniel.

Simply put — This is the place to go to LAST when you are ready to buy your engagement ring. I walked all around Jewelry Row looking at stones, rings, etc for weeks. Learned a whole lot of what I was and wasn’t looking for in a ring.
Met Daniel through his brother (who also sells rings) since a few friends got their rings through him. Daniel deals with the larger stones so I was referred to him by his brother. He was able to get the diamond I was looking for (carat, cut, etc etc etc) and gave me a great price. I am one to always shop around and seek out the best deal and I found it through Daniel.
So take my advice… do walk around and see what you can get. Then go see Daniel and explain what you found and what prices you are quoted and let him work his magic for you! You won’t be disappointed!

I just had a great experience at Simply Brilliant ordering a wedding band for my fiancé. They really listened to her and were able to understand what she wanted and made great suggestions to partner well with the engagement ring. We can’t wait to pick it up. Fast turnaround time to boot!
