Only place I’ll do laundry at. Carlos & his wife keep this place clean. They are very helpful & friendly. The place is always busy but never crowded to the point where you don’t have a machine or dryer. Love this place.

This place has bad dryers, it takes forever to dry my cloth. Attendant was very rude and no smiles. One time, I used drop off and cloth smelled like cheap $ 1 soap they sell for a bucket. My cloth had static and I guess no dry sheet. Very cheapo. I stop going to this laundromat. Avoid!!! Avoid!!!

This place is fantastic. I do all of my dry cleaning here. Karlos always greets me with a smile and let’s me know when I can expect it to be done, which is usually 3 days. On occasion I’ve needed it sooner than his expected time and he’s always obliged me. Can’t rate this place high enough.

Karlos and his wife are amazing!!! Due to a tough work schedule and general laziness-laundry situation was becoming a crisis. They picked up mountain of laundry and dry cleaning, then delivered it back neatly folded and pristinely packaged. The bonus-I paid less than my building’s dry cleaners would charge me to do just the dry cleaning. It’s like the laundry was done for free. I highly recommend them!

I love this place! That’s weird to say that about a laundry place but it’s awesome. I use the drop off service and have been really happy with it. I don’t know the name of guy(which I’m assuming is the owner) but he’s really nice and remembered my name after the second time I dropped off. Drop off service is $ 0.80 a pound and well worth it. You’re paying for convenience and you save your own time to go do some other errand. If you drop off early you can get it the same day. If you start moving into the late afternoon/evening they may not have until the next day. Only bummer is that it’s cash only. I usually drop everything off in a laundry bag and when I go to pick up it’s all folded up neatly and placed nicely in the bag. It’s great. Overall the facility is really nice and if I ever decide to do my own laundry I would totally do it there. If you’re looking for a drop off place and you’re near by definitely try this place out.

I honestly havnt had time to do all my own laundry so I use drop off service. Drop off here is top notch. Everything comes back good as new. All shirts get hung and put into plastic. Its pretty cheap too. Only .90 per lbs… These people rock. A+

I’m sure there are more exciting things to review than a laundromat, but this one deserves it. It’s clean and bright, and relaxing i never feel rushed. the employees are attentive and helpful. I always see them sweeping the floor and emptying the trash. They have tables and chairs to wait for your clothes. There are several TV’s, and if no one is watching, u can ask them to change the ch. to your liking. They do have a wide array of soaps, dryer sheets, and detergents in case you have forgotten anything. they also have drop off service and dry cleaning, so if you get lazy, and its cheap too. I recommend this place…

Clean, bright, comfy, safe & family friendly, reasonably priced, plenty of washers and dryers to accommodate — but the magic in Magic Spin is the dedicated local owners who are clearly committed to excellent customer service. Easy to become a regular at this fine establishment!

Magic Spin is right up the street from us and the place is great. The prices are super reasonable and the owner and his wife are really friendly and accommodating. We frequently drop off our laundry and they always have it ready within less than 24 hours. When we have to do our laundry ourselves, they have large plasma screen televisions that are always showing different shows to entertain us. They also have a ridiculously cheap vending machine, which sells this awesome Mexican apple soda called Manzanita Sol. Most of all, though, I don’t feel like I have to pay an arm and a leg to do my laundry, which is an awesome thing in Chicago. The service is great, the location is convenient, and as I said before, the owners couldn’t be better. They know my husband and I by name and even say hi to us when we see them in the neighborhood. We’re so thrilled to have such a great business/business owner in our neighborhood.

Everything is till the same here but I have pretty much stopped coming here. The main reason is the fact the dryers here are horrible. The really do an inadequate job and tend leave your clothes cool or damp rather then toasty and warm.
