Will never come here again. I dropped off my dress to have it cleaned because I was leaving the country and I was promised it would be ready the next day at 2pm. I left work early to make sure I made it in time to pick it up only to be told that the dress was not ready, the ticket could not be found and nobody knew where the dress was at. The woman at the counter was NOT helpful nor was she apologetic about the fact that they had lost my $ 50 dress. She kept telling me to come back tomorrow to pick it up, when I told her 5 times that tomorrow I would be on a flight overseas. After wasting 15 minutes of my time, they found the slip for my dress but still couldn’t locate it. DONOTDROPCLOTHESOFFHEREUNLESSYOUWANTITTOGETLOST.

Rude and unfriendly. Just moved to the area and looking for a new dry cleaner. The woman at the counter was incredibly unwelcoming. I’d rather drive to my old cleaner in Oak Park then deal with that treatment.

There’s really nothing wrong with this place, so I’m really only giving it 4 stars because I have to save that 5th one for when I’m over the moon about something. Service is great and always friendly. Laundry drop-off service is dirt cheap. They do alterations(oh yeah, my missing 5th star is because they don’t have a fitting room, you just have to go to the bathroom in the general laundromat area, come out and stand there while the nice lady measures your inseam in front of everyone) and are relatively quick about it. Overall a good experience, especially if you’re a big baby like me and don’t have enough hours in the week to do your own laundry.

I have been coming here since June 2010 and am very pleased with the service. The girl at the counter is very nice, and my clothes(generally suits, dress shirts, and an occasional soiled neck tie) are always in great shape. On Tuesdays they give a 20% discount if you pre-pay. Clothes are always ready in a few days, and they are open 7 – 9 all week, including the weekends, and they take all credit cards including AMEX. I cannot comment on the laundromat portion of the business, I just use the dry-cleaning service.

Whew! You know its a good thing when you move into a new neighborhood and you take a chance bringing your clothes to new place and it turns out working splendidly. They just opened. They are open 7 days a week until 9 pm.(The woman who runs the laundromat helps them out during the evening hours, while the dry cleaner folks are there during the day). They outsource the dry-cleaning. Pickups are M-W-F(so drop off Wedn. morning and you can get your stuff Friday). I was very satisfied with the dry-cleaning I had done. A bunch of button-downs and a few slacks for my beau, wool sweaters, silk blouses for myself. The incredibly convenient hours, the location, the affordable prices and the very sweet service will keep me coming back.
