Warning: My son sought medical care for a painful hip joint at ib and j. He never received a needed mri. He was treated at ib with numerous physical therapy sessions which were quite painful. when in colorado he sought out another orthopedic surgeon because of severe pain and was asked, when and where did you get your mri, you have severe arthritis in your hip joint, you need surgery. my son had never received basic diagnostic tests such as an MRI at ib and j, what a shame, large medical bills and care that made his condition worse. Beware of this fancy sounding name.

Just finished rehab after second hip replacement. Jennifer was truly a life saver as this was an entirely different experience from my previous recovery, with many ups and downs. Her kind and calm explanations of what was happening, plus pretty strenuous exercises, enabled me to keep going without calling the surgeon in a panic. Can’t say enough about the support I received. I was quite sad to say goodbye! All the staff at IBJR were wonderful, and thanks to Brenda for efficient scheduling and Christina for additional support.

Dr Kaz and all the staff at IBJ are great. I have been at the Broadway office and the Michigan office. Each time the care has been most prompt and very good. I would recommend IBJI. Hats off to you all for your great service. I am in health care and these guys are great…

Been working with Jennifer R here for several weeks to rehabilitate my leg after surgery. Switched to this location because of her.
Jennifer has been inspiring and very helpful. Her expertise has helped me improve physically and mentally in just a few weeks. The motivation, knowledge, passion and attention has been excellent. There are very places that make me feel this good.

I’ve seen a few doctors in my time about my back and I’ve been happy with the treatment I received here. I saw Dr. Newman at IBJI when I switched from Northwestern. I was looking for a second opinion (well, third really) and Dr. Newman fit the bill.
He listened to my story, checked out my records from Northwestern and made his diagnosis pretty quickly. His level of experience and tone told me he knew what he was talking about. He recommended I see one of his partners at the Centers for Pain Management, Dr. Chang.
Even though I only see Dr. Newman once in awhile, I’m very glad I started coming to IBJI. I’m happy with the treatment I’ve received and the referral Dr. Newman gave me to APAC.
The front desk experience was pretty standard. Nice staff, I waited a bit long for my appointment (these orthopedic places are ALWAYS overbooked). Easy check in experience, they checked to see if my insurance covered the appointment before I even came in and I paid the copay right when I arrived. Easy peasy.

Jennifer (JR) is my physical therapist who is beating my knee back into shape after athroscopy. I think she’s amazing. She pushes you and gets you back on the right track. I have been working her for four weeks now & she’s got me back running. I hadn’t run since October (the onset of my knee problems). So I spent the last 5 ½ months on hiatus from running and gladly I’m almost back to normal and headed back to work very soon.

The staff here is nice enough, but they over book patients like mad. Have gone 3 times at 930 and the dr had always been at least 45 minutes behind schedule every time. How can you be that behind 30 minutes into your day? I would go elsewhere.

After many years of dealing with knee pain, in both knees, I decided to finally do something about it. The physician I saw told me I had tilted kneecaps and recommended physical therapy. He also recommended IBJI Rehabilitation and I’m so glad he did. I originally started with one therapist and after a couple of months of still having pain and not seeing any improvements I organically switched to another — Rebecca Adams. All I have to say is Rebecca rocks! I have her to thank for continuing to work with me to test out different PT exercises until we found the root of my problem. She really listened and paid attention to what was working for me. Rebecca helped me completely re-​evaluate my exercise routine and helped get both my knees back in shape. The staff is so incredibly nice and they even greet every patient by name at every appointment. It was a fun atmosphere and I actually looked forward to going. Appointment times were easy to book, even though I wish they offered weekend hours. I’m now a couple months out and my knees are almost at 100%. I never thought I’d be able to say that after living with the pain for so long.

I have been using this business for Physical Therapy for several months. The staff is fantastic. They are both knowledgeable and people friendly. They also do a great job at accommodating my schedule. This business also has a parking lot making driving there a feasible option. This business was recommended to me and I would certainly recommend them to anyone.
