Hair Cuttery

I’ve been a regular client of Hair Cuttery for over two years, but what keeps me coming back to this location is the stellar service of Tania. She is professional, friendly, and always provides a great in store experience. She is knowledgeable on all the hair products in store, and always gives me a great cut.
Having to go in for a cut every two weeks (sometimes sooner) it is nice to have someone as genuine and upbeat as Tania. She is the best stylist I have ever had! Overall she is just all around a great stylist, and is an asset to this location.
Misha and Nicole who are new to the location are also great as well! They are a great addition to the team! Tania, Misha and Nicole, always make sure that I’m good with what we’re doing before we get started. They are very meticulous, making sure that everything looks good throughout the entire process.
You won’t be disappointed with your experience at this Hair Cuttery! I personally recommend Tania, Misha, and Nicole as they are all talented and are super friendly.

Never going back again! The 1^st time Jennifer colored my hair. I really loved what she did. She was great! But when I returned she wasn’t at that location anymore. The 2^nd time i went w/​Vera, I asked for curls, in no way I got curls it took 2 hours to do my hair. I was very disappointed I had to go back home and redo my curls because she didn’t do them right. Then I went back a 3^rd time wanted to cut my hair so I got Jose he cut my hair I hated it he didn’t do what I asked. when I asked him I wanted a little bit of bangs he just chopped it up. when I was done two ladies were just giggling. Very disappointed.

You know what you’re expecting when you go here. Mediocre work. Not bad just not the greatest.

Just walked in, was in the area. Asked for a simple touch up men’s haircut. Helped by Tania. I asked for scissor cut, looked at me like 3 eyes. I said if more comfortable can use clippers. 2 of the 3 hair dressers did not look very confident, new? $ 17, dollars + tip (I know why a tip). I left with my hair almost as I walked in. Did not want her to really mess up, so just chalked this one up.

My mom loves going here when she’s in town. She visits 3x a year and always gets her hair cut here. They do a really nice job.

I am a notorious impulse hair-​cutter. Get me in and out the door in under two hours with a clean cut. I don’t expect a neurotic «stylist» with attention to detail and an obsessive compulsive need for evenness for $ 17. I have one of those stylists. She costs $ 75 a pop. Some days my checkbook disagrees with that.
Quick to get a chair at Hair Cuttery, I had… Azna, maybe? She had beautiful long hair — and who doesn’t appreciate being in the hands of someone with fabulous locks when they are about to take a scissors to yours? She was a little pushy trying to peddle salon products — but at least she had extensive product knowledge.
Cut was good, simple and she was very careful to get the length exactly where I wanted it. My big beef that knocks off a few stars is that she didn’t carefully separate my bangs before she trimmed. When I got home, showered, and combed my bangs into place — about 20% of my bangs weren’t trimmed (i.e. at least a ½ inch longer than the rest). It looked awful, but it wasn’t anything I couldn’t fix up at home. Otherwise happy with the rest of the cut.

Barbara was the best! She spent over an hour with me and gave me lots of information on how to care for my dry hair. I went in for a trim and came out with salon fabulous hair at less than $ 20.
I’ve had similar hair cuts at expensive salons that cost over $ 60, and Barbara’s work was the same if not even better. Her passion for hair and customer service was so wonderful, and she made my hair look and feel amazing!
I’ve had my hair cut at Hair Cuttery for over 7 years now, and it’s mainly hit or miss with the stylists. I will be going to Barbara for all my hair care from now on!
Barbara does take appointments, so when you call, just ask for her schedule and put yourself down!

Went on a recomendation from my coworker and booked my appointment with Barb. Went in for a color and cut with highlights. To say I am beyond thrilled with the outcome is an understatement. Barb stayed over an hour later than her scheduled quitting time to finish my hair and did an amazing job. I will be coming back here for sure and I would follow Barb anywhere she went. Love it here.

I would give them no stars if I could. I went into the Hair Cuttery because it was across the street from my house. Jennifer did my ombré and blow dry. It looks awful the bottom portion of my hair is nearly orange I am furious. My neck, ears, and forehead are largely stained I will post pictures. When I went back to complain they offered coupons and complimentary shampoos. Do you really think I want to go back. Pissed off is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!!

I wanted to like this place more than I did. It’s new in the area, and I thought I’d check it out. It wasn’t a bad haircut, but the experience was of one at a new place that hasn’t found their flow yet. Allow me to elaborate:
I went in looking for a place close to home that could do a simple trim and maybe a blow-​dry before a doctor’s appointment I had on a day off. There seemed to be only one person working at the time, and she sat me at her chair to look things over. I told her what I wanted, and she did the up-​sell thing to a cut, blow-​dry, conditioning thing, and I went for it. I wasn’t in the mood to fight, and it was still under $ 35, so I thought «whatever». I mentioned I needed to be out of there at a certain time since I had an appointment I couldn’t miss. She worked with it, and took it as a special challenge to get it all done in time.
While going over the cut, she asked me some questions about my hair: how often do I wash, what styling gels do I use, etc. and took the opportunity to go into teacher mode. It was nice learning things about how hair reacts to things, but she said at least 5 times «I’m an educator», and that just made me feel like she needed another outlet. She was the only one working for a while, and even when the second worker came in with lunch, my stylist was left to answer and speak on the phone while trying to work on my hair and ring me up.
I liked the cut enough, but I’ll wait another couple of months before going back to see if they’ve gotten their groove yet.

Lovely, clean and not pushy. Love the ladies who helped me. Amanda cut my hair quickly and efficiently. She was thorough with my haircut and it looks really great. She also gave me some pointers about my hair and what products would work well for me. She also steered me away from some of the products I’ve been using and told me what to look for. At no time did she push a product on me that was on her shelf. She did, however, tell me the difference between some of them. I will be back to purchase some of the products she showe d me today but also to let her cut my hair again! Barb was great, too! Thanks, Ladies!
