They do not know how to make iced coffee. First order was basically white and all cream. I asked them to please remake it because it’s disgusting and why would they put soo much. Second one was basically the same. Ugh. Just took it and left. I order these all the time from other locations and this location is the only one that doesn’t know how to make it.

In the last week I purchased a large order of donuts from here on two different days. The man behind the counter was so nice, friendly and helpful. I had called the orders in the day before. Fast pick-​up. They were ready to go.

Ok seating at 8am. Hash browns tasted off, soft and oily. Boston crème donuts didn’t taste fresh. Had better food at different locations.

They go out of their way to make sure your coffee is served hot and fresh and how you like it. We were there late at night and they made a fresh batch of decaf just for me – wouldn’t let me take what was already made.

OH my goodness. Do not go here. You are better off going to Starbucks down the block or heading down near Chicago Ave for some Dunkin Donuts. Incredibly unsanitary. Got my order wrong. AND, the woman making my food was on the phone with her gloves on. She then kept changing hands and touching the food. Do you know how to sanitarily handle food?
very disappointed. I will not be coming back here.

This place is fast. I’m more so writing this because I’m always impressed with Tawana (I hope I got that right). She’s always cheerful and on top of things. I ordered my usual, hazelnut with skim, no sugar, and when I tasted it, it was incredibly sweet. Evidently the maker mistook the swirl for the general flavor. She fixed that right up without a hint of anything. So, hope the manager sees this and that this company takes good care of her as an employee.
