It’s hit or miss if sales associate is helpful. Recently, the girl was-​when she saw me enter the store she put down her phone immediately and asked what I was looking for. She tried different color blushes on my hand and gave her suggestions. I’ve only tried their mascara so far. I did purchase a blush & powder.
The store itself needs an update: the make up applicator counter doesn’t look welcoming, unorganized.

The quality of the cosmetics here is okay. I wouldn’t say it is anything to brag about. As for the service, I would give it a C. It really depends on the day. The sales associates are usually teenagers who are not really that helpful. They seem more interested in talking about what they did last night then helping customers. Carson’s, which is also in the mall has a better selection is a lot more helpful. The company headquarters is in Turkey, so good luck finding a regional manager if you want to express any concerns about anything. This location is their first U.S. location.
