Typical bath and body works. Check your mail because I’m always getting coupons for free travel sized products. Line didn’t take very long and all workers were nice.

Went into this store with a friend for a few things and the staff was very personable and helpful. The what I assume was the manager was another story. She walked right past us at the counter twice without saying a word. Then went into the back as another employee came up to ring us up because we were being obviously ignored. Then a girl who I assumed applied there was checking in in her application. The so called manager couldn’t even look at her as she spoke to her with such attitude and disrespect. Unbelievable. No customer service skills what so ever. She should be fired.

Hadn’t been to Chicago Ridge Mall since Martin Luther King Day in 2009, and will go back soon, but this is one of the places I hit that day. What did I buy? Hmmm, oh yeah. Two small bottles of conditioner, one being cucumber melon, the other brown sugar and vanilla, a bottle of aromatherapy for headache relief and the ease of other tensions, a small bottle of neatly scented hand lotion, and, a large bottle of some kind of perfumed, lotiony, body spray. I didn’t know what it was, many people who entered the store didn’t know what it was, and the sales associate, an employee of B&BW also didn’t know what it was. Knowing how indiscriminative I am towards scented body sprays, I picked it up and purchased it, and used it all up within four months. I loved it. That was what made this trip to Chicago Ridge Mall’s B&BW so special-the employee didn’t know about the perfumed spray lotion, but that’s okay. I wasn’t, and would’ve never been, upset at her. I was taught much better than that! Next month, around my 25th birthday, I’m returning to Chicago Ridge Mall, and I’m hitting B&BW for a couple items to purchase. Perhaps I’ll buy some more spray lotion.
