Meh. Not getting it. Some nice stuff, but not $ 6 nice for a mere card. Worse yet, most of the cards are manufactured overseas, making the price even steeper.

Papyrus in Chevy Chase (nestled between Chevy Chase Bank and the new Sushi-​Ko) is one of my go-​to stores for cute cards. Most recently, they had a buy 3 get 2 free sale that I took advantage of. They’re not the cheapest of cards but sometimes you just NEED to splurge on pretty cards to send to your friends… or at least I do.
The employees here are really friendly and are eager to help. I noticed that you can design your own embosser here — I am DEFINITELY coming back to do this because yes, I also NEED to have something to emboss letters and envelopes. It will be awesome.
