Total hockey has been my go to for over 10 years. As a hockey mom, I cannot thank them enough for their help and willingness to go the extra mile over the years.
Not only are the prices very competitive, but their service is beyond excellent. As one who has to primarily order online, their website and customer service when it is not quite right could not be easier. In that customer service game we all play at work, who is your gold star company and why? Total Hockey is always my selection.

Never have I been more impressed by a chain business that employs 16 – 20 year olds, which is typically a recipe for dumb looks when you ask rather simple questions, and being treated like you are an inconvenience. Not only did they have what I needed, but they explained things in detail and went above and beyond while helping me with some special needs. Puts the other TH in Kirkwood to shame as well as Johnny Mac’s, who always seem to be upset when they see me coming with a couple pairs of skates.

I get my skates sharpened here often. They usually put a nice edge on my blades.
They have a good selection of stick blade replacements (some are actually under $ 20). In general, they have a large selection of hockey equipment.
