After having difficulty reaching anyone on the phone just to confirm a sitting time, I asked one of the associates if there was another phone number that could be called. I was advised to send an email. Estimated delivery date for my photos purchased is now three weeks past. Upon emailing a copy of my invoice and questioning when I could expect the photos, I was forwarded a copy of the complimentary downloadable photos and told I would be contacted when my printed photos were ready. My question remains unanswered.

This was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had. Just going through senior pictures with our other son last year at Prestige photos I knew what to expect. Cilento was a disorganized mess. we couldn’t get anybody to help us on the phone, when I kept trying to ask questions the lady was very rude and kept over talking me. The session prices are three times higher than we paid for a senior pics last year at Prestige. We live in St Peters and go to F ZS High School so to drive out to chesterfield for photography session and then a follow up photo review is very inconvenient. I know several other parents and a wedding planner and I would never recommend this place of business to any of them. We are so unhappy that we have decided to use this photographer just for the yearbook photo and then to go to an entirely different photography studio to get our senior portrait package

They need to hire more people for the front desk, phone staff, and photographers. We called several times trying to make an appointment for senior pictures. We left several messages, but no one ever call us back. On the 2nd week we finally had a chance to talk to a human being to set the appointment but she didn’t know how to run a credit card machine to pay for the session. When we showed up the place was packed and not enough chairs to set on. They had photographers checking people in, running errands, and answering calls. You can’t tell if this was a day care or a photo studio. There were no management around to help. We schedule an appointment to come back and review the pictures a week later. I called 10 times to reschedule all I got was an answering machine.
