Listen… If your sign say 24.95, then why isn’t it ever what the dang sign says? Always try to squeeze ever cent out of a person… And here is a tip… If you want to sound like you know something then don’t say «oil, lube and filter?» because oil and lube are the same thing! If I didn’t ask for full service, then don’t inspect my air filter and then struggle to get the cover back on! Oh and 6 bucks for an extra quart of 2 dollar oil? Wow what a scam! Here is a tip… Oil prices are down! Don’t get scammed… Just lubed!!!

If you have a foreign vehicle, stay away!
I have a VW phaeton, and I had to tell them where my oil filter was located. You have to remove the air filter to get to the oil filter.
The reason for the one is: When I informed the employee of this, he said «yea, I’m not doing that! I’m not taking apart German engineering to get to your filter.» Therefore, not doing my oil change. Apparently, they don’t replace air filters either, which in my experience is common at oil change business.
I had previously went to a Mobile 1 on Van Dyke and 22 mile, and they had no problem doing it. So it was quite shocking that this location refused.
After I was sent away, I went to the Van Dyke location and they did it in 15 minutes!!! All that was required was removing two bolts.
I will never return – not even in my gm vehicle.

It seemed a little silly to me to write a review for an oil change, but I just really enjoy the employees here. There are often discounts on groupon for this location, and they always send you away with a free car wash at a place down the street.
