Well i will start off as saying how utterly disgusted and disappointed in this location of a restaurant that my family and I have been going to since i was a teenager(i“m now 26). The quality of food and the overall experience in my opinion has been going down over the years but this visit on Saturday has guaranteed my family and i will NEVER be returning. We arrived at 4:07pm and I remember the time exactly because the cashier was nice enough to allow my family to order the lunch specials even though we were pass the cutoff. we all decided to select the Fettuccine Alfredo + ravioli in addition to a lunch special of double ravioli. after purchasing our meal(the 1st time) we returned to our seats not realizing a receipt had NOT been given for our credit card purchase. eventually our meals were brought to us with every single plate cold. the food wasn’t bad mind you but rather had been sitting somewhere i presume waiting to be taken. I decided to ask if we could have it reheated NOTREMADE but was told they would remake it. Once it was returned we were shocked to discover 2 plates we cold, one had the sauces on the wrong items… and a long hair was now in my Fettuccine Alfredo. its also very hard to request a refund after the fact when we have no proof of purchase due to the oversight of your staff. I would be very happy i am not the suing type nor did i even ask for a full refund but rather for the lunch special that came with a little extra«cashier» added. This was above and beyond the worst experience I have ever had not to mention extremely unsanitary. Clearly new policies involving sanitary conditions like hair nets and food prep time should be updated. I highly recommend springing a little extra cash and going to a place that serves actual Italian food that is properly cooked and handled.

This has always been a fan favorite with our crew of kids, and you cant beat the prices of their kids meals and/or the 5 dollar lunch meals(both come with a drink) along with their unlimited refills on their buttery garlic infused breadsticks(of which my kids are CRAZY about). This location is the one we go to most frequently, and have been coming to this particular location for over 7 years now I believe. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The eatery itself is pretty much(more often then not) clean and well maintained. They try to set themselves apart from your regular mainstream fast food joint with the added luxury of having your meal served to your table(though your order is taken and paid for at the front like most fast food places), as well as the meal being served to you on modern décor type plates and the usage of silverware as well(rather then plasticware). The food itself is good… we typically get the spaghetti with meat sauce, the twice baked spaghetti, and the twice baked lasagna… all good and thoroughly enjoyed by the whole family. When I just asked my kids what are the first thoughts that come to their mind when I say the word, «fazolis», and they all said in unison«BUTTERY breadsticks, ahhhh»

I’ve been going to this location for quite some time now and haven’t had a bad experience. The food is great, quick and filling. The employees are very friendly and on point. And as always, they have unlimited bread sticks when you dine in. Great place!

I have been to this Fazoli’s location a few times over the years and none of my experiences were as bad as the last. I went to Fazoli’s for lunch the other day and it was beyond terrible. I ordered the new ultimate fettuccine bowl and it was disgusting with a capital D. The picture on the menu board was sure enticing… how could I pass up on something that looked so damn good??? Well, I am here to say that anyone and everyone reading this review should avoid it like the plague. When I got the bowl, it looked excellent, my mouth was watering just looking at it. When I tried the first bite, I would have given anything to have seen my face. The chicken was extremely salty and the bacon tasted as though it was rotten. On a positive note, the bread sticks that came with the bowl saved me from being a hangry jerk at work for the rest of the day. Never going back unless I am literally dying of starvation.

I’ve been dining here for 2+ years and it’s time to finally review it! Food is fresh and fast. There have been times where the lasagna is cool but all I do is request another plate and it’s better. The breadsticks can be a bit on the greasy side but hey, we’re indulging anyway. The $ 5.00 lunch with a drink is a great deal and more than enough food. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is professional.

Pizza bake was fresh and hot. Staff was very friendly, location was clean and tidy. Breadsticks were plentiful.

I like Fazoli’s when I need something quick, but I don’t want fast food. Everyone in the family loves the bread sticks. The menu has enough variety that everyone can find something they like. It’s location is convenient for us, as well.

It had been a LONG time since I had been here last so I had hopes that it hadn’t changed much over the years, and it hasn’t. Their breadsticks are still delicious, and the pasta isn’t bad for a fast food restaurant. The prices are good as well, and the staff was helpful. I found it extremely weird that they ask you if you want salad or pizza as a side(as if pizza was even a side). The restaurant was reasonably clean and I like that they clean up after you as well.

It’s been quite a while however I stopped in here recently for lunch while I was running some errands in the same shopping center. Since my last visit the menu has completely changed. I selected an item called the ‘Spicy Sampler’ which came with Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, Italian Sausage Penne, and a Meat Lasagna with a spicy sauce. Not bad at all. Cost of the meal with a drink came out to about $ 8.50, no complaints there. Believe me it’s not easy to find a lunch under $ 10 in Greenbrier these days. Last but not least there were of course the bread sticks… There were plenty. I had 4 with the meal and took 2 back to the office. Yum!

I had not been to a Fazoli’s in a few years(there aren’t any in my area) so when I saw this one while on vacation I knew I had to go! I love the convenience, the fast service, and that they pay attention to small details like bringing your food to your table after you order and real silverware! I LOVE their breadsticks but can do without the«unlimited» part! I got the combo and the Alfredo was very good as was the spaghetti. I didn’t care for the lasagna though. A little too salty and not enough Italian seasoning for my taste. All in all, though, it’s fast food with style! Wish they had them in the Daytona Beach area.

HOWDID I NOTKNOWABOUTITALIANFASTFOOD!!! Seriously guys. Lately I’ve been working A LOT and doing A LOT of schoolwork. so even cooking a meal as easy as spaghetti sauce and some ground beef is exhausting and I rather sit on my butt in sweatpants. Thank you Fazoli’s. There’s the option of drive-thru or sit down. They’re surprisingly quick. Delicious, delicious breadsticks and a pretty standard array of Italian food. The weird part is that if you order a meal, you get the option of a salad or a slice of… pizza…okay…it’s like Italian McDonalds and cookout in one. Either way I love it!!!

4.5 star. My son’s favorite place to eat. My son was a little disappointed last time he had carry out fettuccine Alfredo, not enough sauce made the noodles very dry. I always order chicken parmigiana with no noodles and it seems like a foreign order for them. Breadsticks are fabulous!!! The food is much better than Olive Garden.

The food is cheap, fast, and delicious. I love Italian food, and if I need a quick fix, I’ll go out of my way to come here.

Never ending garlic bread. At least that’s what i’m told. Luckily I was so full I didn’t mind so much that they didn’t come around to offer me more of the carby garlicky goodness. Fast Italian food. I don’t know if calling it Italian food is right but they are fast. Its sort of like ordering at the counter(like sizzlers), they hand you a number and you sit and wait for them to bring your food. I got the chicken carbonara and my husband got the meat sauce. This is fast and relatively inexpensive so don’t go in thinking they’ll use real panchetta or high quality parmesan. They probably didn’t even put in the egg that makes a real carbonara so creamy and delicious. BUT. it did come with lots of bacon, chicken and broccoli. And the noddles were al dente. If you come in here thinking you’re going to get some magnificent Italian dinner, well. you obviously didn’t read this review. Its fast food and not bad. And the garlic bread sticks are awesome because they’re drenched in butter. mmmm. butter…

I loveee Italian food! For being«fast food» their food is really good! The bread sticks are always fresh and soft and the food is always hot! It cheap and fast when you need your Italian food fix but dont have time for olive garden or carabbas!

Whoever thought of Italian fast food was a genius! I’m not really sure why Fazoli’s is not EVERYWHERE because this place is delicious. The portion sizes are amazing not to mention you get a salad, bread and a drink for a very reasonable price. It’s a shame that I don’t live in Greenbrier because I think I would be here often! The food is very good for being«fast food.» Again I’m very disappointed that more stores are not in HR and the ones that are still around, are starting to disappear(Lynnhaven). I give them 5 stars for being awesome at what they do. No they are not to be compared with great Italian restaurants, but for what it is… it’s great!

I stop into Fazoli’s sometimes for lunch for one reason and one reason only: Baked Spaghetti. A perfect little portion of spaghetti covered in melted cheese with a side of two garlic bread sticks. And the best part is… it all costs $ 2.99. The only downside to this little deal is that because everything is made to order sometimes the wait in the drive-thru line can be a little long(think five to ten minutes). I usually don’t go in to order but it’s probably going to be about the same wait time. They have plenty of items to choose from on the menu from pizza to sub sandwiches. If you go inside to eat I believe that the refills on bread sticks are unlimited, and let me tell you, they are good. Definitely a great stop for me while I’m on my lunch break!

Fazoli’s is one of my favorite quick service Italian chains. I had dinner at this location a while back while I was on vacation. I had the Ultimate Sampler which had Meat Lasagna, Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Fettuccine Alfredo, & Ziti with Meat Sauce with a Diet Coke(free refills from the self serve fountain). The breadsticks are sooo good and a staff member comes around the dining room and offers more hot fresh breadsticks. I wish there were Fazoli’s locations in the northeast, but this chain seems like it’s downsizing. At one time, there used to be Fazoli’s locations in Queensbury, NY, Erie, PA and Little Rock, AR, where I’ve also dined at in the past. In New England, the closest thing to Fazoli’s is Papa Gino’s, which in general, is just okay to me.
