Haven’t been in a while, and nothing has changed for better or worse. First, the good; attentive and friendly wait staff, food prompt and properly made, hot rolls & peanuts. But the bad is same as before: dry steak. Not sure why their sirloins are consistently so dry, but they are. Overall, though, a good lunch choice and reasonably priced.(Note: This review was written two years ago, but for some reason did not post until just recently.)

We came from Charlotte to Chattanooga to visit family and the general consensus between 11 people was to go to Logan’s. I’ll begin with what was good: –The peanuts The bad: –The waiter kept making excuses that they were busy and that is why it was going to take a while to get our drinks/food –My medium steak was charred –My loaded baked potato was butter only –My father in law didn’t get his onions or mushrooms and said he wished he got a different steak –The waiter didn’t bring my water, even though I asked twice –They tried billing a beer we didn’t order –The trainee out performed the training waiter. Overall C– to D+ I can see why this location averages 2 stars.

Food was not horrible but certainly not great. Our kids really wanted to go but I should have really listened to previous reviews. Most of the meat courses were overcooked and rather bland. The service was good and pretty quick. The real surprise came the next morning when me and my wife woke up with severe stomach issues. Do yourself a favor and pass. Their are simply too many better options in the Hamilton Mall area.

So it was Mom’s birthday and she choose Logan’s. Not having had the best experiences in the past, I didn’t have high expectations. However, based on this visit I might actually have to go back! I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh my salad was. Everything was crisp, cold, and I didn’t see any rust in the mixed greens. My steak, although a bit tough, was cooked to the correct temperature. I can handle a chewy steak, but I can’t handle it being over cooked! Our biggest challenge we had was both Mom and Hubbs ordered prime rib. They each ordered a different weight, but there was no difference in size. And they were both over done.(I understand they run the cuts through a salamander to heat them up, causing them to miss their temperature mark.) However, our waitress was awesome! Bubbly, funny, prompt, and didn’t hover. That being said, I’ll have to go back for more of that salad!

Never again! We had an experience similar to some others related here. The only good thing we had was the salad. All of the other food was so overcooked that it was nearly inedible. The«lobster» was the size of a shrimp and foul smelling. I, too, became physically sick after this meal even though half went uneaten. I also struggled with the high cost, $ 65+ for three of us, and came very close to calling the manager to complain and let them know I was very displeased. Never going back again. Even the once-wonderful rolls were horrible and to top it all, two servers and they were practically falling over themselves to get us to leave. Tried to bring to-go boxes as soon as food was served!

This place had ruined all Logan’s for me. Every time I’ve been here my steak has been brought to the table extremely overcooked. I order it medium and it comes out well done even charred once. The appetizers were nothing special, you could take them or leave them. The only thing that stood out was the vegetable skewers but it doesnt make it worth the trip to me. In this area, there are just so many better options.

I had the worst experience here ever! I usually like Logan’s Roadhouse. This time everything went wrong. The rolls, which are usually so doughy and good were all over baked and hard. I ordered water to drink and it had a funny taste to it. Then I ordered the meatloaf dinner, which I’ve had several times there and have always enjoyed it. I decided to carb it up and for my two sides I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and mac & cheese. My meal came and the first thing I noticed was how charred my meatloaf was. I know they throw it on the grill to heat up but this was really charred. OK, I’ll just eat around that. I tasted a charred bit and it was actually burnt tasting. I was debating on eating it or not when the manager happened to come by and look at my plate and ask if everything was ok. He saw the meatloaf and said that he would take it back and have a new one sent out in 5 minutes. My mac and cheese was in a separate bowl so I ate that. Well, it was ice cold in the middle. ugh. 10 minutes later my new plate comes and it is less charred. I start to eat it and notice that it tastes a little funny, not like I remember it. Maybe my taste buds are just off tonight, I think. This new meatloaf, it’s also cold in the middle. Oh well. I take my 2nd piece home and think I’ll have a meatloaf sandwich for lunch the next day. Just chalked it up to a bad day for Logan’s. Fast forward to about 10:30 that evening. I start feeling very nauseous. I run to the bathroom only to throw up and other unmentionables for the next hour. Not good, Logan’s…not good. I’ll never have the meatloaf again and it will be a long long while, if ever, I return to Logan’s Roadhouse.

Steaks are only average in my opinion for the price but the anything and everything salad is great

The food was good and filling, and the staff was very helpful and friendley. I went on St. Patrick’s day, so it was a bit crowded in there but the food came out quick and was overall enjoyable. If you have Peanut allergies DONOT come here as there is a plethora of them and has the setting of a 5 guys.

Take out food was terrible. I’d been better off at captain d’s. Tilapia was like cardboard.
