If you enjoy super hard beds and flat pillows! I recently decided to stay at this hotel due to it close location to Lookout Mountain and the sights. The hotel looks very nice on both the exterior and on the interior of the building, that is until i arrived in my room. This place is a super far cry from the Econo Lodge I stayed at in Pigeon Forge a few days ago. The beds are SUPER hard you could hear the springs pop in the bed at night then to top it off there was only 2 pillows on the king sized bed in the room. The previous location had 4 nice pillows and a blanket to stay warm. There was only just a sheet at this location. My wife was freezing and I ended up having to turn on the window heater in the middle of July and we slept in out clothes to stay warm. I would use the comforter but we all know they never wash those things to begin with and so I ended up balling it up and throwing it into the corner of the room. A few light bulbs were also missing from the room something that I wouldn’t expect being a Choice Rewards Gold Member holder. Also don’t count on the wifi lasting long as it cuts in an out every 30 – 45 minutes. **Overall if you truly enjoy hard beds and are just looking for a place to crash for the night this if your place, otherwise STAYCLEAR! Cheers!
