Comfort Inn & Suites Lookout Mountain

Very nice hotel. Beds were comfortable. Ac definitely worked. Bathroom was clean and very well lit. Breakfast was free BUT there are not many tables available so we had to sit in lobby and eat. There is not ample parking either. Good night stay and nice shower!

Room: spacious with sitting area, microwave, & fridge
Beds: comfy pillows, bed was a little too firm
Bathroom: Shower had good water pressure & plenty of warm water. They need larger towels.
Overall: The humidity level was high in the hallways & the room. The room got better when we turned on ac, but it was still a little humid.
Location: right off the interstate
Breakfast: Sausage was good. Eggs and orange juice were yucky.
Internet: very slow, to the point that it was worthless to even get on it

This is right off the highway, very close to Lookout Mountain’s attractions — Ruby Falls and Rock City — but you have to drive through a gas station parking lot to get back to it. The lobby is tastefully updated so we were expecting the rooms to be nice. We were on the top floor, at the VERY end of the hall… the room was huge with lots of closet space, but there was a stink of someone smoking there in the recent past (got used to it eventually) The place was minimally decorated but overall clean and the bed was comfortable so it made for a decent night’s stay.

This is a nice, clean, comfortable, quiet, and affordable place to stay, with top notch service! What more could you ask for?

The man at the front desk was very professional and courteous. No complaints about the room, but I was a little worried when my car was the only vehicle on one side of the hotel… however, within a few hours, many other cars arrived and the parking lot filled up. The fire alarm went off first thing in the morning and everyone poured outside in their pajamas — no clue what caused it, but it was a false alarm. Be prepared to fight for breakfast if you don’t get down there early enough.
This place is conveniently located right off the interstate and there are a bunch of fast food restaurants around and a gas station on your way out, so I was very pleased when I took a random exit to the hotel during my road trip.
All in all, this hotel was very clean and comfortable.
